全球電子政務(wù)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀、特點(diǎn)與未來

【摘要】:本文在分析各國電子政務(wù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,揭示了全球電子政務(wù)發(fā)展的趨勢特點(diǎn),提出了未來電子政務(wù)發(fā)展的四個(gè)方向:以“用戶為中心”,引入客戶關(guān)系管理;門戶網(wǎng)站是政府服務(wù)的主要窗口;實(shí)施知識管理,建立知識型、智能型政府;走政府與企業(yè)合作發(fā)展電子政務(wù)的道路。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the current situation of e-government development in various countries, this paper reveals the trend characteristics of the global e-government development, and puts forward four directions for the development of e-government in the future: taking "user as the center" and introducing customer relationship management (CRM); The portal is the main window of government service, the implementation of knowledge management, the establishment of knowledge-based and intelligent government, and the road of government and enterprise cooperation in the development of e-government.
