私人銀行信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:自加入WTO后,我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)和銀行業(yè)受到某種程度上的沖擊。首先是業(yè)務(wù)范圍問題。西方各國(guó)的銀行向全能銀行發(fā)展,并依仗全能銀行或其一系列子公司的業(yè)務(wù)優(yōu)勢(shì)來爭(zhēng)奪客戶。我國(guó)的銀行法則堅(jiān)持銀行、證券、信托、保險(xiǎn)四業(yè)分管,不但束縛了自己的手腳,也妨礙了自己去積累全能銀行綜合服務(wù)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。其次是自主經(jīng)營(yíng)問題。國(guó)外銀行有自主經(jīng)營(yíng)的優(yōu)勢(shì),中國(guó)國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行的自主經(jīng)營(yíng)則相對(duì)較弱。比如,在存貸款利率、呆賬準(zhǔn)備金的提取額度,以及呆壞賬核銷等方面都有諸多限制。最后是金融手段和金融創(chuàng)新方面的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。一方面國(guó)內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行對(duì)金融創(chuàng)新重要性認(rèn)識(shí)不足,動(dòng)機(jī)不明確。另一方面是缺乏開發(fā)創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品的動(dòng)力,產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重。第三方面是缺乏具有開發(fā)創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品的復(fù)合型知識(shí)的高素質(zhì)人才。第四方面是金融創(chuàng)新的信息技術(shù)支撐比較乏力。 近年來,私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)在我國(guó)金融市場(chǎng)迅速發(fā)展壯大。開辦私人銀行對(duì)于商業(yè)銀行來說有如下好處。第一,促進(jìn)商業(yè)銀行品牌建設(shè),提高知名度;第二,促進(jìn)客戶分層管理,利用個(gè)性化服務(wù)和產(chǎn)品吸引客戶,降低流失率;第三,私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)具有資本占用率低,利潤(rùn)率高的特點(diǎn),可大大提高商業(yè)銀行的中間業(yè)務(wù)收入水平;第四,擴(kuò)展金融創(chuàng)新手段,提高創(chuàng)新能力;第五,促進(jìn)客戶經(jīng)理、投資顧問隊(duì)伍建設(shè),提升商業(yè)銀行人才素質(zhì)。 但是,業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展離不開中后臺(tái)支撐系統(tǒng)。私人銀行信息系統(tǒng)(Private BankingInformation System,簡(jiǎn)稱PBIS)是后臺(tái)支撐系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,它的強(qiáng)大與否直接關(guān)系到私人銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)管理的興衰。經(jīng)研究分析及實(shí)踐證明,客戶關(guān)系管理、客戶綜合視圖、績(jī)效考核、業(yè)績(jī)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、開放式產(chǎn)品平臺(tái)等是私人銀行機(jī)構(gòu)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理必不可少的支撐模塊。隨著高凈值人群的發(fā)展,他們對(duì)金融服務(wù)的深度和廣度都在不斷變化,個(gè)性化、多元化的投資組合需求越來越強(qiáng)烈,,促使私人銀行的營(yíng)銷模式也由產(chǎn)品驅(qū)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榭蛻粜枨篁?qū)動(dòng)。因此,私人銀行信息系統(tǒng)也在不斷完善,以滿足經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展的需求。 本文立足于國(guó)內(nèi)私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)況,對(duì)其信息系統(tǒng)的重要功能模塊的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了闡述,并結(jié)合信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)對(duì)未來私人銀行信息系統(tǒng)的功能進(jìn)行了假想,希望給初涉私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)的金融機(jī)構(gòu)作為參考依據(jù)。論文編寫過程中,作者閱讀了大量國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于私人銀行的文獻(xiàn),并且到某國(guó)內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行私人銀行調(diào)研,搜集了許多重要信息,為文章的論點(diǎn)提供了有力的支撐。雖然私人銀行在國(guó)外已經(jīng)有一定的發(fā)展歷史,但在國(guó)內(nèi)的還相當(dāng)短,況且很多國(guó)外優(yōu)秀的系統(tǒng)及理論在國(guó)內(nèi)并非完全適用。因此,本文既借鑒了國(guó)外的先進(jìn)理論,又結(jié)合了國(guó)內(nèi)的實(shí)際現(xiàn)狀。相信本文對(duì)那些在私人銀行業(yè)奮斗的仁人志士和尚未開辦私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)的金融機(jī)構(gòu)將會(huì)有一定的參考價(jià)值,這也是本文寫作的初衷之一。
[Abstract]:Since China's entry into WTO, China's economy and banking have been impacted to some extent. The first is the scope of business. Western banks develop to universal banks and rely on the business advantages of universal banks or their subsidiaries to compete for customers. The banking law of our country adheres to the management of banking, securities, trust and insurance, which not only binds one's own hands and feet, but also hinders oneself from accumulating the experience of universal banking comprehensive service. Second is the issue of self-management. Foreign banks have the advantage of independent operation, while Chinese state-owned commercial banks are relatively weak. For example, there are many restrictions on deposit and loan rates, the amount of bad-debt reserves, and write-off of bad debts. Finally is the financial means and the financial innovation aspect competition. On the one hand, the domestic commercial banks have insufficient understanding of the importance of financial innovation, and the motives are not clear. On the other hand, the lack of development of innovative products, product homogenization phenomenon is serious. The third aspect is the lack of high-quality talents with complex knowledge of developing innovative products. The fourth aspect is that the information technology support of financial innovation is relatively weak. In recent years, private banking business in China's financial market has grown rapidly. Private banking has the following advantages for commercial banks. First, to promote the brand building of commercial banks and increase their visibility; second, to promote customer stratification management, to attract customers with personalized services and products, and to reduce the wastage rate; third, private banking has low capital occupancy rate. The characteristics of high profit margin can greatly improve the intermediate business income level of commercial banks; fourth, expand the means of financial innovation and improve innovation ability; fifth, promote the construction of client managers and investment advisers, and improve the quality of talents in commercial banks. However, the development of business can not be separated from the background support system. Private bank information system (Private BankingInformation System,) is an important part of backstage support system. Its strength or not is directly related to the rise and fall of private bank management. Through research and practice, it is proved that customer relationship management, customer comprehensive view, performance appraisal, performance statistics analysis, risk management, open product platform and so on are the essential supporting modules of private banking organization management. With the development of high net worth people, their depth and breadth of financial services are constantly changing, personalized, diversified portfolio demand is increasing. The marketing model of private banks has also changed from product-driven to customer-driven. Therefore, the private bank information system is also constantly improving to meet the needs of business development. Based on the current situation of private banking in China, this paper expounds the design of the important function modules of its information system, and hypothesizes the function of the information system of private bank in the future in combination with the development trend of information technology. I hope to give the financial institutions involved in private banking as a reference basis. In the process of writing the paper, the author read a lot of domestic and foreign literature about private bank, and went to a domestic commercial bank private bank research, collected a lot of important information, which provided a strong support for the thesis. Although private banks have a certain history of development in foreign countries, they are still relatively short in China, and many foreign excellent systems and theories are not fully applicable in China. Therefore, this paper not only draws lessons from the advanced theories of foreign countries, but also combines the actual situation of our country. It is believed that this paper will have some reference value for those people who struggle in the private banking industry and the financial institutions that have not set up the private banking business, which is one of the original intention of this paper.
