關于我國企業(yè)目前實施CRM的理性思考

【摘要】:在絕大部分市場領域中 ,顧客已取得絕對的支配權。作為一種新興的競爭手段 ,客戶關系管理 (CRM)正備受矚目。然而 ,作為一種先進的管理技術 ,ERP在中國的實施情況至少可以說是遠遠低于理論界和企業(yè)界的預期 ,ERP是CRM的物質和思想基礎 ,同時CRM相對于ERP的實施具有更大的不確定性 ,這一不確定性主要來源于市場的不確定性。面對CRM的興起 ,我們是否必要、是否有能力引進和實施CRM系統(tǒng) ,還需要對實施CRM的成本收益和環(huán)境約束作出詳細的分析。
[Abstract]:In the vast majority of market areas, customers have acquired absolute control. As a new competitive means, customer relationship Management (CRM) is attracting much attention. However, as an advanced management technology, the implementation of CRM in China can be said to be far below the expectations of the theoretical and business circles. It is the material and ideological basis of CRM. At the same time, CRM has more uncertainty than the implementation of ERP, which mainly comes from the uncertainty of the market. In the face of the rise of CRM, it is necessary for us to introduce and implement CRM system, and it is also necessary to make a detailed analysis of the cost, benefit and environmental constraints of implementing CRM.
