運用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維破解居民電費回收難題

【摘要】:為了貫徹落實黨的十八大"依法治國"精神,落實依法治企要求,國網(wǎng)宜昌供電公司客戶服務(wù)中心以建設(shè)合法規(guī)范、智能互動的新型客戶關(guān)系為突破,探索以技術(shù)、管理、人員三維為支撐,建設(shè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+供電服務(wù)體系,提升電費回收規(guī)范性、便捷性和智能性,破解居民電費回收難題。
[Abstract]:In order to carry out the spirit of "governing the country according to law" of the 18th CPC National Congress and to implement the requirements of managing enterprises according to law, the customer service center of Yichang Power supply Company of the State Network has made a breakthrough in building a new type of customer relationship, which is legal and standard, intelligent and interactive, and has explored technology and management. In order to solve the problem of electricity recovery, we should build Internet power supply service system, improve the standardization, convenience and intelligence of electricity recovery.
