【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展與社會(huì)財(cái)富積累進(jìn)程的加快,良好的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境為私人銀行在中國(guó)大陸的發(fā)展奠定了基礎(chǔ),私人銀行于21世紀(jì)初現(xiàn)身中國(guó)大陸,成為各大金融機(jī)構(gòu)競(jìng)相爭(zhēng)奪的一片廣闊的藍(lán)海,但是自2014年起,調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)、促改革將成為中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的主旋律,經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的質(zhì)量和效益將不斷提升,居民私人財(cái)富持續(xù)快速增長(zhǎng);同時(shí),經(jīng)濟(jì)和金融領(lǐng)域變革步伐加快、利率市場(chǎng)化和金融脫媒趨勢(shì)加劇也給商業(yè)銀行帶來(lái)了全新挑戰(zhàn),圍繞高凈值客戶展開(kāi)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈,私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存。如今中國(guó)大陸的私人銀行業(yè)正逐步發(fā)展壯大。通過(guò)一系列的分析與探究,包括對(duì)國(guó)外私人銀行客戶管理策略的研究、國(guó)內(nèi)私人銀行發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀研究,對(duì)ABC銀行S分行私人銀行客戶管理現(xiàn)狀方面進(jìn)行全面細(xì)致的調(diào)查分析,能夠更加清晰地了解到ABC銀行S分行所處環(huán)境及優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)并找出該行進(jìn)行私人銀行客戶管理方面的不足,為今后的發(fā)展策略提供分析基礎(chǔ)。本文在此分析基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識(shí)與國(guó)內(nèi)外其他金融機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)展私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)相結(jié)合并融會(huì)貫通,提出一套可行性強(qiáng)的能夠幫助ABC銀行S分行私人銀行提升客戶管理管理策略方案。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy and the acceleration of the process of social wealth accumulation, a good social and economic environment has laid the foundation for the development of private banks in the mainland of China. Private banks appeared in mainland China at the beginning of the 21st century. It has become a vast blue sea for competition among major financial institutions, but since 2014, adjusting the structure and promoting reform will become the main theme of China's economy, the quality and efficiency of economic growth will continue to improve, and the private wealth of residents will continue to grow rapidly. At the same time, the pace of economic and financial reform, interest rate marketization and financial disintermediation have also brought new challenges to commercial banks. The competition around high net worth customers is becoming increasingly fierce, and private banking business opportunities and challenges coexist. China's private banking sector is now growing stronger. Through a series of analysis and exploration, including the foreign private bank customer management strategy research, the domestic private bank development situation research, the ABC bank S branch private bank customer management present situation comprehensive detailed investigation and analysis, It can clearly understand the environment, advantages and disadvantages of the S branch of ABC Bank, and find out the shortcomings of the bank in the private bank customer management, and provide an analytical basis for the future development strategy. On the basis of this analysis, this paper combines the knowledge learned with the experience of other financial institutions at home and abroad to develop private banking business. This paper presents a feasible scheme to help ABC Bank S branch private banks to improve customer management strategy.
