【摘要】：水泥企業(yè)銷售管理的軟件系統(tǒng)在現(xiàn)代企業(yè)得到廣泛應(yīng)用,特別是數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)信息技術(shù)的推廣應(yīng)用和信息資源的不斷開(kāi)發(fā)利用,給企業(yè)的管理工作帶來(lái)了便捷與高效,信息化管理正在向廣度和深度發(fā)展,將數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)信息統(tǒng)一化、數(shù)據(jù)集成化在企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理得到充分發(fā)揮利用。水泥企業(yè)銷售管理的軟件系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)是結(jié)合企業(yè)現(xiàn)代銷售管理工作的基礎(chǔ)及存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行管理流程中的營(yíng)銷工作、市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)、客戶管理等方面進(jìn)行了深入的探討和研究。對(duì)于每個(gè)銷售管理系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)要達(dá)到工作的更便捷、更準(zhǔn)確、更效率的軟件設(shè)計(jì)的思路和方法,開(kāi)發(fā)的銷售管理軟件系統(tǒng)建立在市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、銷售市場(chǎng)、綜合服務(wù)三大管理模塊的管理操作系統(tǒng)。 本文從業(yè)務(wù)角度和技術(shù)角度論述了系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)的意義,闡述了系統(tǒng)核心技術(shù)的要點(diǎn),闡明了水泥企業(yè)客戶管理系統(tǒng)的作用,并著重論述了系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中所遇到的主要技術(shù)難點(diǎn)及其解決辦法。通過(guò)對(duì)水泥企業(yè)銷售的業(yè)務(wù)分析,完成了水泥企業(yè)的銷售系統(tǒng)功能模塊的劃分、流程管理和系統(tǒng)框架結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)合軟件工程的知識(shí),以實(shí)際銷售市場(chǎng)的開(kāi)發(fā)管理等方面,對(duì)需求分析、結(jié)構(gòu)模塊及應(yīng)用實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。 本人設(shè)計(jì)的水泥企業(yè)銷售管理系統(tǒng)是以銷售管理系統(tǒng)為核心,其對(duì)水泥企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程中的用戶信息資源重組整合,以便有效的方法來(lái)管理客戶關(guān)系,在企業(yè)內(nèi)部實(shí)現(xiàn)信息和資源的共享。該水泥企業(yè)客戶管理系統(tǒng)采用C#. NET進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā)、設(shè)計(jì),數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)方面采用的是Microsoft公司的SQL server2000,建立在由Microsoft打造的強(qiáng)大的VisualStudio.NET平臺(tái)之上,采用C/S結(jié)構(gòu),運(yùn)用軟件工程方法學(xué),通過(guò)對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行一系列的需求分析、設(shè)計(jì)、編碼、測(cè)試等工作,已初步完成了該系統(tǒng),但經(jīng)過(guò)一系列測(cè)試,仍然存在一些不足,將在今后的工作中逐步完善。
[Abstract]:The software system of sales management in cement enterprises has been widely used in modern enterprises, especially the popularization and application of database information technology and the continuous development and utilization of information resources, which has brought convenience and efficiency to the management of enterprises. The information management is developing to the breadth and depth, unifying the database information and making full use of the data integration in the enterprise management. The design of software system for sales management of cement enterprises is based on the foundation and existing problems of modern sales management of enterprises. The marketing work, market development, customer management and other aspects of the management process are deeply discussed and studied. For each sales management system development to achieve a more convenient, more accurate, more efficient software design ideas and methods, the development of the sales management software system established in marketing, sales market, The management operating system of the three management modules of integrated services. This paper discusses the significance of system development from the point of view of business and technology, expounds the key points of system core technology, and clarifies the function of customer management system in cement enterprise. The main technical difficulties encountered in the process of system development and their solutions are emphatically discussed. By analyzing the sales business of cement enterprises, the functional modules of the sales system of cement enterprises are divided, the process management and the system frame structure are designed, and the development and management of the actual sales market are combined with the knowledge of software engineering. The requirement analysis, structure module and application implementation are designed. The cement enterprise sales management system designed by me is based on the sales management system, which reorganizes and integrates the user information resources in the cement enterprise business process in order to manage the customer relationship effectively. Share information and resources within the enterprise. The cement enterprise customer management system adopts C#. NET is developed, designed, and the database is based on the SQL server 2000 of Microsoft, which is based on the powerful VisualStudio.NET platform built by Microsoft. It adopts C / S structure and software engineering methodology, and designs the system through a series of requirements analysis. The system has been preliminarily completed in the fields of coding and testing, but after a series of tests, there are still some shortcomings, which will be gradually perfected in the future work.
