電力營銷管理信息系統(tǒng)的分析與設(shè)計

【摘要】:隨著市場經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,電力體制改革的深入,電力市場正日趨成熟。為了適應(yīng)這種新的形式,供電企業(yè)必須以市場和客戶服務(wù)為核心,建設(shè)適應(yīng)電力市場發(fā)展的電力營銷管理信息系統(tǒng)是供電企業(yè)提高電力營銷現(xiàn)代管理水平適應(yīng)市場發(fā)展的迫切需要。 本文以企業(yè)電力營銷管理為背景,按照信息化營銷財務(wù)管理的要求,對營銷管理系統(tǒng)進行了研究分析,采用了SOA的應(yīng)用軟件構(gòu)架和組件化技術(shù)設(shè)計開發(fā),我們選擇使用ORACLE作為本系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫。根據(jù)現(xiàn)有的營銷管理系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)知識,首先分析了系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)流程,并得出系統(tǒng)的功能需求,電力營銷管理系統(tǒng)包括電能信息采集與監(jiān)控、客戶繳費、客戶服務(wù)、需求側(cè)管理和客戶關(guān)系管理由五個模塊組成。根據(jù)得出的這五大模塊,詳細研究分析了各模塊功能的實現(xiàn),以及系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)設(shè)計、功能模塊設(shè)計、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計,最后進行了界面設(shè)計,完成一個功能完整、性能優(yōu)越的電力營銷管理系統(tǒng)。 電力營銷管理信息系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)與應(yīng)用將更進一步使電力客戶的用電得到便利,供電企業(yè)電力營銷管理水平進一步提高,進一步推動國家電網(wǎng)智能化和營銷智能化的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of market economy and the deepening of electric power system reform, the electricity market is maturing day by day. In order to adapt to this new form, power supply enterprises must focus on the market and customer service. The construction of electric power marketing management information system adapted to the development of power market is the urgent need for power supply enterprises to improve the modern management level of power marketing and adapt to the development of the market. Based on the background of enterprise electric power marketing management and according to the requirements of information marketing financial management, this paper studies and analyzes the marketing management system, and adopts the application software framework of SOA and the design and development of component-based technology. We choose to use ORACLE as the database of the system. According to the relevant knowledge of the existing marketing management system, firstly, the business process of the system is analyzed, and the functional requirements of the system are obtained. The electric power marketing management system includes electric energy information collection and monitoring, customer payment, customer service, etc. Requirement side management and customer relationship management are composed of five modules. According to the obtained five modules, the realization of each module function is studied and analyzed in detail, as well as the system architecture design, function module design, database design. Finally, the interface is designed to complete a complete function. Superior performance of electricity marketing management system. The development and application of electric power marketing management information system will further facilitate the power consumption of power customers, further improve the power marketing management level of power supply enterprises, and further promote the development of intelligent and intelligent marketing of the State Grid.
