商業(yè)銀行機(jī)構(gòu)客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:出于對(duì)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行安全考慮,各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)信息系統(tǒng)應(yīng)進(jìn)行升級(jí),杜絕人為設(shè)置物理隔絕,將各類客戶的業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)有效結(jié)合,有效防止信息孤島,有效整合各類信息資源。為了使商業(yè)銀行在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中擁有一席之地,有效的對(duì)客戶各類信息的采集、加工、整合及共享,使用數(shù)據(jù)分析系統(tǒng)對(duì)客戶進(jìn)行分類、定位、評(píng)價(jià)、排序并綜合分析,為商業(yè)銀行機(jī)構(gòu)的管理者提供有效、正確、詳細(xì)的決策依據(jù),由此為客戶提供實(shí)時(shí)的、高質(zhì)量的金融服務(wù)。基于以上背景,本文提出了建設(shè)一個(gè)商業(yè)銀行機(jī)構(gòu)客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng),為客戶提供一個(gè)實(shí)時(shí)、高效、高質(zhì)量的金融信息服務(wù)平臺(tái),整合、管理、分析客戶的金融信息,從中找出有價(jià)值的客戶,為商業(yè)銀行機(jī)構(gòu)分析出潛在的客戶,并進(jìn)行管理。商業(yè)銀行機(jī)構(gòu)客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)的建成對(duì)銀行客戶經(jīng)理的工作帶來(lái)極大的方便。本項(xiàng)目本著客戶為中心的設(shè)計(jì)思想,建設(shè)出適用的商業(yè)銀行機(jī)構(gòu)客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)是基于JAVA MyEclipse 5.5.0平臺(tái),JAVA語(yǔ)言結(jié)合SQL SERVER 2005建設(shè)而成。本文首先簡(jiǎn)要介紹了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)倉(cāng)庫(kù)、CRM核心思想,然后分析了銀行客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)的功能模塊,最后對(duì)該系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行測(cè)試。銀行客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)功能模塊主要包括客戶信息管理、業(yè)務(wù)拓展管理、業(yè)務(wù)管理、合同管理、貸后管理和報(bào)表管理等。本系統(tǒng)主要是為了滿足銀行客戶經(jīng)理日常工作的需要,使繁雜的銀行金融貸款業(yè)務(wù)的管理變得簡(jiǎn)單化。
[Abstract]:In view of the security of commercial banks in our country, all business information systems should be upgraded to put an end to the artificial physical isolation, to effectively combine the business data of all kinds of customers, to effectively prevent information isolation and to effectively integrate all kinds of information resources. In order to make commercial banks have a place in the fierce market competition, they can effectively collect, process, integrate and share all kinds of customer information, and use the data analysis system to classify, locate, evaluate, sort and analyze the customers comprehensively. Provide effective, correct and detailed decision-making basis for the managers of commercial banking institutions, thereby providing customers with real-time and high-quality financial services. Based on the above background, this paper proposes the construction of a customer relationship management system for commercial banks, which provides customers with a real-time, efficient and high-quality financial information service platform, integrates, manages and analyzes the financial information of customers. Identify valuable customers, analyze potential customers for commercial banking institutions, and manage them. The establishment of customer relationship management system in commercial banks brings great convenience to the work of bank account managers. Based on the idea of customer-centered design, this project builds a suitable customer relationship management system for commercial banks. The system is based on JAVA MyEclipse 5.5.0 platform and Java language combined with SQL SERVER 2005. This paper first introduces the database technology and the core idea of data warehouse CRM, then analyzes the function module of the bank customer relationship management system, and finally tests the system. The function module of bank customer relationship management system mainly includes customer information management, business development management, business management, contract management, loan management and report management. The main purpose of this system is to meet the needs of bank account managers and simplify the management of complex bank financial loan business.
