[Abstract]:Positive customer is the foundation of enterprise survival and the source of economic benefit. A huge challenge for domestic chemical sales is how to retain their high value customers and keep them loyal when new entrants start a price war. Exploring how to enhance customer loyalty and stabilize the chemical sales market is a new issue we face in customer relationship management.
