關(guān)于物流頑癥治理的對策分析

【摘要】:物流頑癥具體表現(xiàn)在物流過程中各環(huán)節(jié)存在的亂象,如運輸中"三亂"、倉儲中"車難進(jìn)、車難停"、配送中"最后一公里"等難題,要治理物流頑癥,可以從信息系統(tǒng)、參與者地位、物流流程、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、客戶關(guān)系等方面采取措施,建立公開信息系統(tǒng),保證參與者平等地位、進(jìn)行物流業(yè)務(wù)流程再造、完善物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施與設(shè)備、實施客戶關(guān)系管理等共同降低物流成本,提升物流水平。
[Abstract]:Logistics maladies are manifested in various aspects of the logistics process, such as "three chaos" in transportation, "car difficulty in entering, car difficult to park" in warehousing, "last kilometer" in distribution, and so on. In order to deal with the chronic logistics problems, we can use information systems. In the aspects of participant status, logistics process, infrastructure, customer relations and so on, measures should be taken to establish an open information system, to ensure equal status of participants, to reengineer logistics business processes, and to improve logistics infrastructure and equipment. Implement customer relationship management to reduce logistics cost and improve logistics level.
