【摘要】：美國一直是作為慕課運(yùn)動(dòng)的主體和引領(lǐng)者存在,以加州大學(xué)歐文分校為代表的少數(shù)美國研究型大學(xué)秉持可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念,創(chuàng)建了一系列成功的慕課商業(yè)模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)收支平衡或基本的盈利。根據(jù)奧斯特瓦德的商業(yè)模式畫布理論,客戶關(guān)系是商業(yè)模式極為關(guān)鍵的構(gòu)成元素,強(qiáng)調(diào)根據(jù)客戶細(xì)分類型與特定客戶群體建立的關(guān)系類型。美國研究型大學(xué)慕課采用各種創(chuàng)新策略和方法來構(gòu)建良好的客戶關(guān)系,而加州大學(xué)歐文分校慕課客戶關(guān)系特征主要體現(xiàn)于流行文化的運(yùn)用、討論區(qū)功能的發(fā)揮、大數(shù)據(jù)分析以及開發(fā)真正滿足需求的課程。為了深化客戶關(guān)系,加州大學(xué)歐文分校與客戶群體建立價(jià)值創(chuàng)造聯(lián)合體,致力于在滿足客戶群體實(shí)際需要的同時(shí)共同創(chuàng)造經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值,但同時(shí)面臨一些棘手的難題。
[Abstract]:The United States has always been the main body and leader of the Movemo movement. A few American research universities, represented by the University of California, Irvine, have established a series of successful business models of MU with the concept of sustainable development. Achieve balance of payments or basic profits. According to Osterwald's theory of business model canvas, customer relationship is the most important element of business model, which emphasizes the relationship between customer subdivision type and specific customer group. In American research universities, a variety of innovative strategies and methods are used to construct good customer relationships, while the characteristics of customer relationships at UCLA Irvine are mainly reflected in the use of pop culture and the function of discussion areas. Big data analysis and development of courses that truly meet the needs. In order to deepen the customer relationship, UCLA Irvine establishes a value creation consortium with the customer group, which aims to create economic value while meeting the actual needs of the customer group, but at the same time faces some difficult problems.
