【摘要】:當(dāng)前國(guó)際石油市場(chǎng)劇烈動(dòng)蕩,國(guó)內(nèi)成品油價(jià)格出現(xiàn)"13連跌",成品油市場(chǎng)持續(xù)供大于求,資源嚴(yán)重過剩。區(qū)域內(nèi)主要用油行業(yè)不景氣,需求減少,消費(fèi)低迷,加之行業(yè)間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈,導(dǎo)致大量?jī)?yōu)質(zhì)客戶流失嚴(yán)重,給銷售工作帶來的壓力前所未有,所以怎樣留住老客戶、吸引新客戶,通過發(fā)展對(duì)客戶的關(guān)系建立長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定性的忠誠(chéng)客戶,這樣才能有效提高企業(yè)的的自身市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力成為銷售的重中之重。

The major oil industry in the region is depressed, demand is decreasing, consumption is low, coupled with fierce competition among industries, leading to a serious loss of a large number of high-quality customers, and the pressure on sales work is unprecedented. Therefore, how to retain old customers and attract new customers, By developing the relationship between customers and establishing long-term stable loyal customers, this can effectively improve the market competitiveness of enterprises to become the top priority of sales.
