【摘要】:在如今的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代,火熱的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)相關(guān)的產(chǎn)品或者服務(wù)層出不窮,通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)的連接和延伸,將處于世界各個地方的機構(gòu)、組織以及個人等有機的聯(lián)系起來了。在這種“地球村”的影響之下,通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)進行公司管理或者公司管理創(chuàng)新等成為可能,而且這種可能正在不斷加深。受此影響影響之下,通過筆者對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的不斷深入了解,也經(jīng)過對平時工作的不斷感悟,如何通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)來管理客戶則成為本文需要研究和解決的問題。本文的主要研究工作包括了如下幾個方面:(1)筆者通過查閱相關(guān)文獻資料和研究成果等,認(rèn)為設(shè)計和開發(fā)客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)則十分具有現(xiàn)實意義。在此目標(biāo)的指導(dǎo)之下,通過對用戶的需求分析的編寫,然后完成了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計,接著完成了系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)工作,最后對系統(tǒng)進行了功能模塊的測試,測試結(jié)果較為理想。目前該系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)投入到四川通信工程建設(shè)有限公司的客戶管理工作之中。(2)本系統(tǒng)基于Windows平臺,系統(tǒng)的運行則建立在ASP環(huán)境下,以VBscript作為系統(tǒng)的主程序語言,同時選用了MSSQL2005作為系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫,在客戶端的腳步設(shè)計和開發(fā)中,選用了Jscript作為客戶端腳步。系統(tǒng)的主要功能分為:用戶登錄、客戶資料管理、合同管理、預(yù)約跟進管理、客戶服務(wù)管理、日程安排管理以及用戶管理等主要功能模塊。目前該系統(tǒng)在四川通信工程建設(shè)公司運行較為正常,能夠輔助完成日程的客戶關(guān)系管理工作。(3)本文重點對需求分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計以及實現(xiàn)等進行研究。在對系統(tǒng)的需求分析的研究方面,則以座談法和調(diào)研法為主進行了詳細(xì)的分析,在對程序的設(shè)計方面則采取了分層設(shè)計的方法,并對程序的設(shè)計過程進行優(yōu)化;在對系統(tǒng)測試當(dāng)中,則選用了功能測試法的方式進行,通過設(shè)計用例進行各個子功能的測試。通過該系統(tǒng)的實際應(yīng)用,在不久的未來可以看到,該公司的客戶管理工作將會更加規(guī)范,客戶資源的利用將會更加合理有效,企業(yè)的市場競爭力將會進一步增強,最終能夠有效提升企業(yè)的整體效益水平。
[Abstract]:In today's Internet era, the hot Internet related products or services emerge in endlessly, through the network connection and extension, will be located in all parts of the world institutions, organizations and individuals and other organic links. Under the influence of this global village, corporate management or corporate management innovation through the Internet is possible, and this possibility is deepening. Under this influence, through the continuous in-depth understanding of the Internet, but also through the constant understanding of the usual work, how to manage customers through the Internet has become a problem to be studied and solved in this paper. The main research work of this paper includes the following aspects: 1) the author considers that the design and development of customer relationship management system is of great practical significance through consulting relevant literature and research results. Under the guidance of this goal, the design of the system is completed through the analysis of the user's requirements, and then the development of the system is completed. Finally, the functional modules of the system are tested, and the test results are satisfactory. At present, the system has been put into the customer management work of Sichuan Communication Engineering Construction Co., Ltd.) the system is based on Windows platform, and the operation of the system is based on ASP environment. VBscript is the main program language of the system. At the same time, MSSQL2005 is selected as the database of the system, and Jscript is chosen as the client step in the design and development of the client. The main functions of the system are as follows: user login, customer data management, contract management, reservation follow-up management, customer service management, scheduling management and user management. At present, the system is running normally in Sichuan Communication Engineering Construction Company, which can assist to complete the schedule of customer relationship management.) this paper focuses on requirements analysis, system design and implementation. In the aspect of requirement analysis of the system, the discussion method and the research method are used in detail, and the hierarchical design method is adopted in the design of the program, and the process of the program design is optimized. In the system test, the method of function test is used, and the sub-function is tested by design cases. Through the practical application of the system, it can be seen in the near future that the company's customer management work will be more standardized, the use of customer resources will be more reasonable and effective, and the market competitiveness of enterprises will be further enhanced. Finally, it can effectively improve the overall efficiency level of the enterprise.
