【摘要】：近年來,隨著國家經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)快速發(fā)展,我國的物流產(chǎn)業(yè)尤其是第三方物流產(chǎn)業(yè)也隨之迅猛發(fā)展,但一些問題的出現(xiàn)極大地阻礙了第三方物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。貨損貨差是指在物流運(yùn)營中由多種因素造成的貨物損壞或丟失,是企業(yè)經(jīng)營過程中普遍存在且后果嚴(yán)重的問題,將直接導(dǎo)致巨額索賠、損壞客戶關(guān)系、破壞公司形象等一系列惡劣后果。如何解決貨損貨差問題,已成為第三方物流企業(yè)亟待解決的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。本文以四川Y物流發(fā)展有限公司為例,結(jié)合該公司實(shí)際情況分析其貨損貨差原因,并針對這些問題提出相應(yīng)的改革和解決措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the sustained and rapid development of national economy, the logistics industry in China, especially the third party logistics industry, has also developed rapidly, but the emergence of some problems has greatly hindered the development of the third party logistics industry. Loss of goods refers to the damage or loss of goods caused by many factors in the logistics operation. It is a common problem in the business process and has serious consequences, which will directly lead to a huge amount of claims and damage the customer relationship. Damage to the image of the company and a series of adverse consequences. How to solve the problem of loss of goods has become a key and difficult problem to be solved in third party logistics enterprises. Taking Sichuan Y Logistics Development Co., Ltd as an example, this paper analyzes the reasons for the damage of goods in Sichuan Y Logistics Development Co., Ltd. Combined with the actual situation of the company, and puts forward corresponding reform and solving measures for these problems.
