【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)金融業(yè)對(duì)外逐漸開(kāi)放,國(guó)外銀行大量進(jìn)駐國(guó)內(nèi)金融市場(chǎng)。與國(guó)外銀行相比,,國(guó)內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行無(wú)論在管理上還是技術(shù)上都無(wú)法與之抗衡,使得我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行面臨著前所未有的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力。盡管如此,我們也并非無(wú)抗衡之力,我們也有自己的優(yōu)勢(shì)一一我國(guó)有著相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境,更為重要的是國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行擁有遍布全國(guó)的營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)、龐大的客戶群和豐富的業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)。我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行的當(dāng)務(wù)之急就是要設(shè)計(jì)出一種方法來(lái)充分挖掘并利用這些潛在的資源。數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)作為一種強(qiáng)大的信息獲取方法,具有很強(qiáng)的可行性,可以提煉出經(jīng)營(yíng)管理者所須的關(guān)鍵信息,進(jìn)而有效地指導(dǎo)銀行的戰(zhàn)略決策和業(yè)務(wù)管理。因此,針對(duì)能提高我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行科學(xué)決策和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的數(shù)據(jù)挖掘應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目已成為當(dāng)前我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行信息化的一個(gè)新熱點(diǎn)。 本文采用了理論研究、數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)和實(shí)地調(diào)研相結(jié)合的方法來(lái)具體研究我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行的數(shù)據(jù)挖掘應(yīng)用問(wèn)題。作者根據(jù)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行的自身特點(diǎn)、結(jié)合國(guó)外商業(yè)銀行數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的成功應(yīng)用的經(jīng)驗(yàn),在現(xiàn)有的文獻(xiàn)資料的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的具體應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了比較深入的研究和較為全面的歸納。接著,以某銀行基于數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)的客戶關(guān)系管理為研究樣本,用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)較為全面、深入地挖掘了數(shù)據(jù)背后有價(jià)值的規(guī)律和原因,得出一些重要的結(jié)論,并相應(yīng)的提出了有針對(duì)性的管理建議。最后,作者總結(jié)了我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)所面臨的困難,為數(shù)據(jù)挖掘倉(cāng)庫(kù)的維護(hù)及制度建設(shè)提出政策建議。 本文對(duì)如何將數(shù)據(jù)挖掘作為整套解決方案具體應(yīng)用到工商商業(yè)銀行某銀行的客戶關(guān)系管理中進(jìn)行了初步探索和研究。經(jīng)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)在我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行客戶關(guān)系管理戰(zhàn)略體系的應(yīng)用過(guò)程中具有可推廣且優(yōu)勢(shì)多、困難大但前景好的兩大特點(diǎn),我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)加快數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)的發(fā)展,以提高自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力。
[Abstract]:With the gradual opening of China's financial industry to the outside world, a large number of foreign banks have entered the domestic financial market. Compared with foreign banks, domestic commercial banks can not compete with them in management or technology, which makes Chinese commercial banks face unprecedented competitive pressure. Nevertheless, we are not without a counterbalance, we also have our own advantages-our country has a relatively stable political and economic environment, and more importantly, the state-owned commercial banks have business outlets all over the country. Huge customer base and rich business data. The urgent task of commercial banks in China is to design a method to fully exploit and utilize these potential resources. As a powerful information acquisition method, data mining technology has strong feasibility, it can extract the key information needed by managers, and then effectively guide the strategic decision and business management of banks. Therefore, the data mining application project which can improve the scientific decision-making and market competitiveness of commercial banks in China has become a new hot spot in the informatization of commercial banks in our country. In this paper, the method of combining theoretical research, data experiment and field investigation is used to study the application of data mining in commercial banks in China. According to the characteristics of China's commercial banks, the author combines the successful application experience of foreign commercial banks' data mining. On the basis of the existing literature, this paper makes a deep research and a more comprehensive summary on the concrete application of data mining in commercial banks in our country. Then, taking the customer relationship management based on the data mining technology as the research sample, using the data mining technology to excavate the valuable rules and reasons behind the data, some important conclusions are drawn. Corresponding management suggestions are put forward. Finally, the author summarizes the difficulties faced by Chinese commercial banks in the application of data mining technology, and puts forward some policy suggestions for the maintenance and system construction of data mining warehouses. In this paper, how to apply data mining as a whole solution to customer relationship management of a bank in ICBC is studied. It is found that the application of data mining technology in the process of customer relationship management strategy system of commercial banks in our country has two characteristics, which can be popularized and have many advantages, great difficulties but good prospects. The commercial banks of our country should speed up the development of data mining technology. In order to improve their own competitive strength.
