【摘要】：客戶關(guān)系管理(Customer　Relationship　Management,CRM)包括兩個層次的內(nèi)容:一是現(xiàn)代的經(jīng)營管理理念;二是一套軟件、系統(tǒng)和技術(shù)。在本文中,我們認為,CRM是指企業(yè)在以“客戶為中心”的現(xiàn)代管理思想的指導(dǎo)下,利用先進的信息技術(shù),通過對客戶詳細資料的深人分析,通過服務(wù)、跟蹤和管理客戶,來提高客戶滿意度和忠誠度,從而留住老客戶、吸引新客戶、提高企業(yè)競爭力的手段和方法。本文力圖從CRM基本理論的角度出發(fā),希冀加深讀者對CRM系統(tǒng)的認識。
[Abstract]:Customer Relationship Management (CRM) includes two levels: one is modern management concept, the other is a set of software, system and technology. In this paper, we believe that CRM refers to the enterprise, under the guidance of the "customer-centered" modern management thought, using advanced information technology, through the in-depth analysis of customer details, through the service, tracking and management of customers. To improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, so as to retain old customers, attract new customers, improve the competitiveness of the means and methods. This paper tries to deepen readers' understanding of CRM system from the point of view of the basic theory of CRM.
