【摘要】：普華永道繼2005年和2007年發(fā)布"外資銀行在中國"調(diào)查報(bào)告之后,近期發(fā)布了2008年最新報(bào)告。參與此次調(diào)查報(bào)告的金融機(jī)構(gòu)共有42家。本文擷取報(bào)告中的精彩部分,供讀者參考。2008年外資銀行在中國市場繼續(xù)加快發(fā)展步伐。中國強(qiáng)勁的經(jīng)濟(jì)和崛起中的中產(chǎn)階層,以及WTO下中國銀行業(yè)的持續(xù)對外開放,促使很多外資銀行繼續(xù)其在中國金融業(yè)的投資。2007年開始的當(dāng)?shù)胤ㄈ酥沏y行改變了市場游戲的規(guī)則。大多數(shù)參與調(diào)查的機(jī)構(gòu)認(rèn)為,如果得到政府批準(zhǔn),2011年前將有多達(dá)50家銀行成立當(dāng)?shù)胤ㄈ酥沏y行。但銀行也面臨著諸多挑戰(zhàn),尤其是監(jiān)管方面的約束、對客戶關(guān)系的拓展以及日益增加的留住和招聘人才的壓力。2008年中國銀行業(yè)面臨的問題還包括銀行流動(dòng)性、市場波動(dòng)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理和經(jīng)濟(jì)下滑。
[Abstract]:PricewaterhouseCoopers recently released its 2008 report following its 2005 and 2007 "Foreign Banks in China" survey. The survey report involved a total of 42 financial institutions. This article draws on the highlights of the report for readers' reference. Foreign banks continued to accelerate their development in the Chinese market in 2008. China's strong economy and rising middle class, as well as the continued opening up of China's banking sector under the WTO, have prompted many foreign banks to continue their investment in China's financial sector. Local corporate banks, which began in 2007, have changed the rules of the market. Most of the agencies surveyed believe that, subject to government approval, as many as 50 banks will form local corporate banks by 2011. But banks also face many challenges, particularly regulatory constraints, expanding customer relations and increasing pressure to retain and recruit talent. The problems facing Chinese banks in 2008 include bank liquidity and market volatility. Risk management and economic downturn.
