【摘要】：討論阻礙企業(yè)成功實施客戶關(guān)系管理與知識管理的主要原因,指出客戶關(guān)系管理的優(yōu)勢主要表現(xiàn)為先進的結(jié)構(gòu)化數(shù)據(jù)管理功能、有效的企業(yè)“前臺”管理、清晰的企業(yè)業(yè)務流程及可量化的成效考核,而知識管理的優(yōu)勢主要表現(xiàn)為有效的非結(jié)構(gòu)化數(shù)據(jù)管理、強大的企業(yè)“后臺”支撐、高效的專家系統(tǒng)及從人到知識再到業(yè)務流程的融合。分析兩者整合后可以帶來的優(yōu)勢互補,并闡明在實施過程中將兩者進行整合的必要性。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the main reasons that hinder the successful implementation of customer relationship management and knowledge management in enterprises, and points out that the advantages of customer relationship management mainly include advanced structured data management function and effective "foreground" management. Clear enterprise business process and quantifiable performance evaluation, and the advantage of knowledge management mainly for effective unstructured data management, strong enterprise "backstage" support, Efficient expert system and integration from people to knowledge to business processes. This paper analyzes the complementary advantages that can be brought by the integration of the two, and clarifies the necessity of integrating the two in the process of implementation.
