【摘要】:隨著企業(yè)信息化建設的逐步開展和國家對企業(yè)信息化的大力扶持,越來越多的企業(yè)意識到信息化建設的必要性和緊迫度。信息化系統(tǒng)確實也幫助企業(yè)解決了數(shù)據(jù)分散,重復勞動,數(shù)據(jù)不準確等問題,也有越來越多的企業(yè)開始使用信息化系統(tǒng)。但是如何能用好企業(yè)的信息化系統(tǒng),如何能讓信息化系統(tǒng)更好的服務于企業(yè),這就是我們需要解決的問題。作為企業(yè)信息化建設的重要組成部分,CRM系統(tǒng)在中國已經(jīng)擁有一定市場和地位,眾多企業(yè)選擇CRM作為管理企業(yè)的工具。 本文根據(jù)客戶需求,將CRM與短信功能結合起來,設計開發(fā)基于短信平臺的CRM管理系統(tǒng)。文中首先對采用的開發(fā)技術進行了簡單要介紹。然后對系統(tǒng)功能進行了具體分析,提出了實現(xiàn)方案,本系統(tǒng)采用J2EE三層架構,從客戶關系管理的業(yè)務特點出發(fā),采用標準開發(fā)框架和關鍵技術,實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)管理、客戶管理、營銷管理及短信功能。最后還對系統(tǒng)的測試方法、測試環(huán)境及測試結論進行了說明。 本文所涉及的關鍵技術包括J2EE開發(fā)平臺架構,數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)技術等。在建立了CRM模型的基礎上,采用J2EE開發(fā)平臺和,具體完成了CRM系統(tǒng)的設計,實現(xiàn)了基于短信平臺的CRM系統(tǒng)的設計與開發(fā)。本文的研究工作對基于短信平臺的CRM系統(tǒng)的建設和發(fā)展具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:With the gradual development of enterprise informatization construction and the strong support of the state to enterprise informatization, more and more enterprises are aware of the necessity and urgency of informatization construction.Information system does help enterprises to solve the problems of data dispersion, duplication of work, data inaccuracy, and more and more enterprises begin to use information system.However, how to make good use of the enterprise information system, how to make the information system better serve the enterprise, this is the problem we need to solve.As an important part of enterprise information construction, CRM system has a certain market and position in China. Many enterprises choose CRM as the tool to manage enterprises.This paper designs and develops a CRM management system based on short message platform by combining CRM with short message function according to customer demand.In this paper, the development technology is introduced briefly.Then the system function is analyzed, and the realization scheme is put forward. The system adopts J2EE three-tier structure, starting from the business characteristics of customer relationship management, adopting standard development framework and key technology to realize system management and customer management.Marketing management and SMS function.Finally, the test method, test environment and test conclusion of the system are explained.The key technologies involved in this paper include J2EE development platform architecture, database development technology and so on.On the basis of establishing CRM model, the design of CRM system is accomplished by using J2EE development platform and CRM system based on short message platform.The research work of this paper has certain reference value for the construction and development of CRM system based on short message platform.
