【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展和國(guó)家對(duì)自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)工程企業(yè)的鼓勵(lì)與支持,自動(dòng)化產(chǎn)業(yè)的企業(yè)產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)能力和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力也已經(jīng)迅速提高。經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,給自動(dòng)化產(chǎn)業(yè)帶來了巨大的發(fā)展空間與利潤(rùn)空間,使其增長(zhǎng)的速度也進(jìn)一步提高。 本論文著重探討和解決我國(guó)自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)工程產(chǎn)業(yè)中的中小型企業(yè)在日益激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的環(huán)境中,企業(yè)營(yíng)銷的現(xiàn)狀分析、策略制定、方案實(shí)施、措施保障以及手段控制等方面內(nèi)容。本文以大連萬(wàn)和自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)工程公司在市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷活動(dòng)中所出現(xiàn)的問題為例,進(jìn)行分析和研究。綜述我國(guó)自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)工程產(chǎn)業(yè)中的中小型企業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,提出企業(yè)營(yíng)銷活動(dòng)中所存在的問題以及其形成原因,并重點(diǎn)研究企業(yè)營(yíng)銷策略的運(yùn)用和發(fā)展。本文在闡述營(yíng)銷策略實(shí)施與保障理論的基礎(chǔ)上,從品牌營(yíng)銷、服務(wù)營(yíng)銷、營(yíng)銷人員管理、客戶關(guān)系維護(hù)、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力以及促銷方式的創(chuàng)新等方面研究解決問題的具體策略。 本論文在結(jié)合大連萬(wàn)和自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)工程公司的營(yíng)銷現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)大連萬(wàn)和自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)工程公司所存在問題進(jìn)行研究分析,并針對(duì)其如何改變現(xiàn)有營(yíng)銷模式,實(shí)施怎樣的營(yíng)銷策略,以使其在國(guó)內(nèi)自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)工程行業(yè)內(nèi)立足發(fā)展等問題進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析和研究。該研究結(jié)果不僅對(duì)大連萬(wàn)和自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)工程公司的營(yíng)銷策略發(fā)展提供了有益幫助,而且對(duì)與其同背景行業(yè)的企業(yè)在改進(jìn)營(yíng)銷策略方面也有積極的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the sustained development of our national economy and the encouragement and support of the country to the automation system engineering enterprises , the production capacity and the market competition ability of the enterprise products of the automation industry have been improved rapidly . The continuous development of the economy brings great development space and profit space to the automation industry , so that the growth speed is further improved .
This paper focuses on discussing and solving the problems of small and medium - sized enterprises in China ' s automation system engineering industry in the increasingly fierce market competition environment , analyzes and studies the current situation of the small and medium - sized enterprises in China ' s automation system engineering industry , points out the problems in the marketing activities of enterprises and the reasons for their formation , and focuses on the application and development of the enterprise marketing strategy .
This paper makes a detailed analysis and research on the problems existing in Dalian Wanand Automation Systems Engineering Co . , Ltd . in combination with the marketing situation of Dalian Wanand Automation Systems Engineering Co . , Ltd . , and makes detailed analysis and research on how to change the existing marketing model and implement the marketing strategy . The results not only provide useful help to the development of the marketing strategy of Dalian Wanand Automation Systems Engineering Company , but also have a positive reference in improving the marketing strategy .
