廣電數(shù)據(jù)專線管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務一直是電信運營商的專寵,被稱為“電信增值業(yè)務”,是電信運營商最重要的收入來源之一。近年來,隨著廣電行業(yè)數(shù)字化技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,,廣電數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務也在激烈的市場競爭中分得了一定的份額。為了增強市場競爭能力,當前的廣電公司都非常重視服務質(zhì)量。但是目前再用的廣電業(yè)務管理系統(tǒng)都非常陳舊,大多都是十幾年前設(shè)計的,那時的業(yè)務非常單一,基本上只只有模擬電視一項業(yè)務。隨著這些年計算機技術(shù)和計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展,大量的新的業(yè)務不斷涌現(xiàn),傳統(tǒng)的業(yè)務管理系統(tǒng)越來越不能滿足市場的需求。具體表現(xiàn)在:(1)這些信息系統(tǒng)無法對客戶進行分類管理并實施個性化營銷。(2)業(yè)務流程變更非常復雜,增加新的業(yè)務非常困難。(3)具體業(yè)務的操作相對簡單,無法實現(xiàn)深層次的管理,也沒有詳細的報表和統(tǒng)計等功能。因此這樣簡單的信息系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)越來越難滿足當前廣電行業(yè)各種新業(yè)務不斷涌現(xiàn)的市場需求了。 隨著這些年工作流技術(shù)的發(fā)展成熟,并在很多行業(yè)的應用中獲得了極大的成功,構(gòu)建以工作流技術(shù)為核心的新型廣電數(shù)據(jù)專線業(yè)務管理系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成為當前廣電行業(yè)進行業(yè)務管理升級的突破口。本文以廣電數(shù)據(jù)專線業(yè)務為設(shè)計和開發(fā)對象,采用工作流技術(shù),開發(fā)了一套新的數(shù)據(jù)專線業(yè)務管理系統(tǒng)。 本系統(tǒng)為管理信息系統(tǒng),可應用于廣電數(shù)據(jù)專線業(yè)務受理、運維、收費和客戶關(guān)系的管理。系統(tǒng)結(jié)合中廣有線紹興縣分公司的數(shù)據(jù)專線業(yè)務受理流程和運行維護管理的實際情況,將業(yè)務流程和業(yè)務功能進行分離,允許用戶即時調(diào)整業(yè)務流程,提高了企業(yè)業(yè)務流程重構(gòu)的效率。應用本系統(tǒng),廣電企業(yè)可以對快速變化的市場需求做出快速的響,提高了企業(yè)的工作效率和競爭能力。 系統(tǒng)總體上采用了基于Asp.net平臺的B/S模型架構(gòu),采用SQL Server關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫,以模塊化設(shè)計思路構(gòu)建了數(shù)據(jù)專線業(yè)務管理系統(tǒng)。論文分析設(shè)計了專線業(yè)務受理、用戶管理、計費管理、查詢統(tǒng)計、報表統(tǒng)計、工單管理、工單流程監(jiān)控等數(shù)據(jù)專線業(yè)務管理。并從整體設(shè)計、算法設(shè)計和系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)這三個方面作了介紹。 在最后,論文在總結(jié)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計開發(fā)過程的基礎(chǔ)上,同時提出了對系統(tǒng)進行進一步改進的意見。
[Abstract]:Data service has always been the special favor of telecom operators, which is called "telecom value-added service", and it is one of the most important revenue sources of telecom operators.In recent years, with the rapid development of digital technology in radio and television industry, radio and television data business has also gained a certain share in the fierce market competition.In order to enhance market competitiveness, current radio and television companies attach great importance to service quality.But the current reused radio and television business management systems are very old, most of them were designed more than ten years ago. At that time, the business was very single, basically only analog television a business.With the development of computer technology and computer network in recent years, a large number of new services are emerging, and the traditional business management system can not meet the needs of the market more and more.These information systems are unable to classify customers and implement personalized marketing. 2) Business process changes are very complex, adding new business is very difficult. The operation of specific business is relatively simple, and it is impossible to achieve deep level management.There are no detailed reports and statistics and other functions.Therefore, such a simple information system has become increasingly difficult to meet the current radio and television industry new business emerging market demand.With the development of workflow technology in recent years, and has been a great success in many industries,The construction of a new radio and television data line service management system with workflow technology as the core has become a breakthrough point for the current radio and television industry to carry out business management and upgrading.In this paper, a new data line service management system is developed by using workflow technology, taking radio and television data line service as the design and development object.This system is a management information system, which can be used in the management of business acceptance, operation and maintenance, charge and customer relationship of radio and television data line.The system combines the actual situation of the data processing process and the operation and maintenance management of the data dedicated line of Shaoxing County Branch of Zhongguang Cable, separates the business process from the business function, and allows the user to adjust the business process immediately.The efficiency of business process reconfiguration is improved.With this system, the radio and television enterprises can make a rapid response to the rapidly changing market demand, and improve the efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprises.In general, the system adopts B / S model based on Asp.net platform, adopts SQL Server relational database, and constructs the data line business management system by modularization design idea.This paper analyzes and designs the special line service management, such as receiving service, user management, billing management, query statistics, report form statistics, work order management, work order process monitoring and so on.The whole design, algorithm design and system implementation are introduced.Finally, on the basis of summing up the design and development process of the system, the paper puts forward some suggestions for further improvement of the system.
