互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息技術(shù)對制造業(yè)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率影響的實證研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,全球制造業(yè)發(fā)展格局和我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展環(huán)境發(fā)生重大變化。德國政府提出工業(yè)4.0的概念,旨在提升制造業(yè)的智能化水平。我國提出《中國制造2025》,部署全面推進(jìn)實施制造強國戰(zhàn)略。李克強總理在政府工作報告中提出"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"行動計劃,推動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)由消費領(lǐng)域向生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域拓展,加速提升制造業(yè)發(fā)展水平。如何利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息技術(shù)推進(jìn)企業(yè)自身與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的深入融合和創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,繼而提高企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率,是企業(yè)在競爭與發(fā)展中決定勝負(fù)的關(guān)鍵要素之一。本文從相關(guān)理論視角進(jìn)行分析,梳理了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息技術(shù)對企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率影響的相關(guān)理論和文獻(xiàn)綜述,并基于此提出了本文的研究假設(shè)和模型。本文的實證研究分為以下幾個部分:(1)以2011年我國制造業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)(累計623個研究樣本)為基礎(chǔ),采用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析法建立三投入一產(chǎn)出的模型,對樣本企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)率進(jìn)行測算與評價。(2)根據(jù)Massimo G.Colombo等(2013)的研究,本文提取了反映互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用的13項指標(biāo),為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息技術(shù)分別對合作伙伴關(guān)系、生產(chǎn)與服務(wù)的增強、生產(chǎn)與運營、市場與銷售以及客戶關(guān)系的支持程度,電子數(shù)據(jù)交換,在線網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng),企業(yè)管理系統(tǒng),互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息連接是否用于采購、市場規(guī)劃以及新產(chǎn)品與服務(wù)的研發(fā),企業(yè)是否通過郵件與客戶或供應(yīng)商溝通,企業(yè)是否使用自己的網(wǎng)頁。通過因子分析法將13項指標(biāo)歸為三個因子,累積方差貢獻(xiàn)率達(dá)到62.695%,分別命名為業(yè)務(wù)支持、信息管理與基礎(chǔ)應(yīng)用。(3)本文通過建立回歸模型實證分析了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息技術(shù)對企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率的影響,檢驗了質(zhì)量認(rèn)證、企業(yè)國際化水平對該影響的調(diào)節(jié)作用。(4)為了檢驗回歸結(jié)果的合理性,本文對樣本進(jìn)行分行業(yè)和分規(guī)模的穩(wěn)健性檢驗,試圖得到更加細(xì)化的結(jié)論。本文主要的研究結(jié)論如下:(1)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息技術(shù)中的業(yè)務(wù)支持與信息管理應(yīng)用對企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率產(chǎn)生積極的作用,而基礎(chǔ)應(yīng)用對生產(chǎn)率并未表現(xiàn)出顯著的促進(jìn)作用。(2)以質(zhì)量認(rèn)證為變量,質(zhì)量認(rèn)證在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息技術(shù)對企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率的影響中起到正向調(diào)節(jié)作用。(3)以企業(yè)國際化水平為變量,結(jié)果表明國際化水平在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息技術(shù)對企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率的影響中起到正向調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:At present, the global manufacturing industry development pattern and China's economic development environment has undergone major changes.The German government put forward the concept of industry 4.0, aimed at improving the level of manufacturing intelligence.Our country puts forward "made in China 2025" and plans to push forward the strategy of powerful manufacturing country in an all-round way.In his government work report, Premier Li Keqiang proposed the "Internet" action plan, which will promote the expansion of the Internet from the consumer to the production sector and accelerate the development of the manufacturing industry.How to make use of Internet information technology to promote the deep integration and innovative development of enterprises and the Internet, and then to improve the productivity of enterprises, is one of the key factors that determine the success or failure of enterprises in competition and development.This paper analyzes the influence of Internet information technology on enterprise productivity from the perspective of relevant theories and literature review, and puts forward the research hypotheses and models based on this.The empirical research in this paper is divided into the following parts: 1) based on the data of China's manufacturing enterprises in 2011 (623 research samples), the model of three inputs and one output is established by using data envelopment analysis.According to the research of Massimo G.Colombo et al. (2013), this paper abstracts 13 indexes to reflect the application of Internet information technology, which is the enhancement of partnership, production and service of Internet information technology, respectively.Level of support for production and operations, marketing and sales, customer relations, electronic data interchange, online network systems, enterprise management systems, Internet information connections for procurement, market planning, and development of new products and services,Whether companies communicate with customers or suppliers by email, and whether they use their own web pages.Through factor analysis, 13 indexes were classified into three factors, and the contribution rate of cumulative variance reached 62.6955.It was named Business support respectively.This paper empirically analyzes the impact of Internet information technology on enterprise productivity through the establishment of regression model, and examines the quality certification.In order to test the rationality of regression results, this paper tests the robustness of samples by industry and scale, and tries to get a more detailed conclusion.Quality certification plays a positive role in regulating the impact of Internet information technology on enterprise productivity.The results show that the level of internationalization plays a positive role in the impact of Internet information technology on enterprise productivity.
