【摘要】:在知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)和市場環(huán)境的大背景下,企業(yè)的采購、生產(chǎn)和銷售環(huán)境都發(fā)生了深刻的變化。隨著人力和資源成本的上漲,企業(yè)的銷售利潤的空間將被進(jìn)一步降低。依靠有效的運(yùn)營手段和優(yōu)化的管理手段來提高核心競爭力,是保持企業(yè)的可持續(xù)性健康發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。 首先,對(duì)協(xié)同管理系統(tǒng)與辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢進(jìn)行分析。隨著最近幾年辦公自動(dòng)化軟件與協(xié)同管理系統(tǒng)的結(jié)合,,各個(gè)模塊不再是分離的個(gè)體,而是通過協(xié)同引擎有機(jī)的結(jié)合在一起,并與其他管理平臺(tái)和門戶網(wǎng)站結(jié)合,企業(yè)在辦公軟件中不再是僅僅是工作的流轉(zhuǎn),而且更加注重知識(shí)(業(yè)務(wù)與信息)的共享和傳播。然后,對(duì)索特鹽化協(xié)同管理系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行整體描述和主要模塊的分析。在設(shè)計(jì)中把協(xié)同引擎和協(xié)同工作區(qū)作為重點(diǎn)分析對(duì)象。并討論知識(shí)文檔管理、人力資源管理、項(xiàng)目信息管理和客戶關(guān)系管理等模塊是怎樣依靠協(xié)同管理系統(tǒng)與其他模塊協(xié)同工作。接下來,對(duì)協(xié)同管理系統(tǒng)的理論基礎(chǔ)和技術(shù)架構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析。本系統(tǒng)以管理協(xié)同理論為理論基礎(chǔ),并遵照網(wǎng)狀協(xié)同模型和齒輪協(xié)同模型進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。系統(tǒng)開發(fā)主要采用Java EE技術(shù)平臺(tái),并且結(jié)合各種優(yōu)秀的開發(fā)工具和成熟平臺(tái)技術(shù)。在軟件開發(fā)過程中使用Scrum開發(fā)過程框架的基本思想,強(qiáng)調(diào)人在項(xiàng)目中的作用,快速迭代減小項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。再接下來,從技術(shù)可行性、經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性和可操作性等方面對(duì)索特協(xié)同管理系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)進(jìn)行了可行性分析;從性能需求、安全性需求、功能需求和業(yè)務(wù)需求等方面對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了全面的需求分析;并根據(jù)分析結(jié)果以及用戶需求制定系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)。 本文重點(diǎn)描述在遵循軟件工程理論和設(shè)計(jì)方法的指導(dǎo)下,制定系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)原則和架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì);并通過數(shù)據(jù)模型、程序編碼規(guī)范、界面設(shè)計(jì)和系統(tǒng)維護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)等多個(gè)方面對(duì)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)描述;并對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)模型和用戶界面等方面進(jìn)行具體的實(shí)現(xiàn)描述,并輔以關(guān)鍵的具體代碼加以說明。 最后,描述了協(xié)同管理系統(tǒng)的部署方式,并在遵循軟件測試過程和方法的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)協(xié)同管理系統(tǒng)的測試流程,并獲得最終的測試結(jié)果;并在結(jié)論和展望中,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的不足和亟待解決之處進(jìn)行了說明。
[Abstract]:Under the background of knowledge economy and market environment, the environment of purchasing, production and sales of enterprises has undergone profound changes.As the cost of manpower and resources rises, the profit margin for sales will be further reduced.It is the key to maintain the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises to rely on effective operation means and optimized management means to improve the core competitiveness.Firstly, the present situation and development trend of cooperative management system and office automation system at home and abroad are analyzed.With the integration of office automation software and collaborative management system in recent years, each module is no longer a separate individual, but an organic combination of collaborative engines and other management platforms and portals.Enterprises in office software is no longer just the flow of work, but also pay more attention to the sharing and dissemination of knowledge (business and information).Then, the overall description and analysis of the main modules of the Sutter salinization cooperative management system are carried out.In the design, the collaborative engine and the collaborative workspace are regarded as the key analysis objects.It also discusses how the modules of knowledge document management, human resource management, project information management and customer relationship management work together with other modules.Then, the theoretical basis and technical framework of collaborative management system are analyzed.The system is based on the theory of management collaboration and is designed according to the mesh collaborative model and gear cooperative model.The system mainly adopts Java EE technology platform, and combines all kinds of excellent development tools and mature platform technology.In the process of software development, the basic idea of Scrum development process framework is used to emphasize the role of people in the project and to reduce the project risk quickly and iteratively.Then, from the aspects of technical feasibility, economic feasibility and maneuverability, the paper analyzes the feasibility of Soter collaborative management system platform, from the performance requirements, security requirements,The functional requirements and business requirements of the system are analyzed comprehensively, and the system goals are formulated according to the analysis results and user requirements.Under the guidance of software engineering theory and design method, this paper mainly describes the design principles and architecture design of the system, and through the data model, the program coding specification,The interface design and system maintenance design are described in detail, and the data model and user interface are described in detail, and the key codes are described.Finally, the deployment mode of collaborative management system is described. Based on the software testing process and method, the test process of collaborative management system is designed and implemented, and the final test results are obtained.The shortcomings of the system and the problems to be solved are explained.
