【摘要】：根據(jù)筆者在騰訊科技有限公司高校關(guān)系組的實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷,高�；拘畔⒐芾�、干系人關(guān)系管理、校企合作PR內(nèi)容管理、項(xiàng)目管理等方面的工作都是公司與高校/科研機(jī)構(gòu)合作推動(dòng)信息科學(xué)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,培養(yǎng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)頂級(jí)人才,營(yíng)造互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)健康生態(tài)的重要需求。圍繞這一需求,可以設(shè)計(jì)一款服務(wù)于公司高校關(guān)系團(tuán)隊(duì)、內(nèi)外合作伙伴的管理系統(tǒng),重點(diǎn)支持高校合作相關(guān)內(nèi)容管理(CMS)、高校及內(nèi)外客戶(hù)關(guān)系管理(CRM)、校企合作項(xiàng)目過(guò)程管理(PM)等若干方面的工作,同時(shí)基于微信公眾平臺(tái)與企業(yè)號(hào)平臺(tái),為高校合作團(tuán)隊(duì)提供便捷的辦公入口,可以方便地進(jìn)行聯(lián)系人查詢(xún)與項(xiàng)目追蹤。本文首先對(duì)高校合作關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)做了細(xì)致的需求分析,根據(jù)需求在概要設(shè)計(jì)階段明確系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)、體系結(jié)構(gòu)以及功能結(jié)構(gòu),詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)階段系統(tǒng)使用簡(jiǎn)潔高效的Ruby on Rails框架,并在前端通過(guò)Bootstrap、j Query、SASS、Coffee Script、SLIM等技術(shù)提高用戶(hù)體驗(yàn)、降低開(kāi)發(fā)成本。高校合作關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)主要包括內(nèi)容管理子系統(tǒng)、客戶(hù)關(guān)系管理子系統(tǒng)、項(xiàng)目過(guò)程管理子系統(tǒng)、微信公眾號(hào)與企業(yè)號(hào)應(yīng)用以及系統(tǒng)管理模塊。內(nèi)容管理子系統(tǒng)主要支持文章發(fā)布、活動(dòng)發(fā)布與統(tǒng)計(jì)、專(zhuān)題頁(yè)面自定義等功能;客戶(hù)關(guān)系管理子系統(tǒng)負(fù)責(zé)維護(hù)單位、部門(mén)、聯(lián)系人及相關(guān)事件的信息;項(xiàng)目過(guò)程管理子系統(tǒng)負(fù)責(zé)維護(hù)項(xiàng)目基本信息、干系人信息、項(xiàng)目里程碑與任務(wù)的定義和提醒;公眾號(hào)為用戶(hù)提供了移動(dòng)端的新聞查看、活動(dòng)申請(qǐng)入口,企業(yè)號(hào)為內(nèi)部用戶(hù)提供了客戶(hù)信息查找、項(xiàng)目跟蹤等支持;系統(tǒng)管理則提供了日志、用戶(hù)權(quán)限監(jiān)控等基本的系統(tǒng)支撐功能。最后通過(guò)一系列的功能測(cè)試、性能測(cè)試,確定系統(tǒng)可以對(duì)高校合作過(guò)程中的新聞與活動(dòng)、客戶(hù)關(guān)系、項(xiàng)目與任務(wù)進(jìn)行管理,達(dá)到了客戶(hù)的使用預(yù)期,并且在并發(fā)訪問(wèn)量達(dá)到一定量級(jí)時(shí),能夠保持較高可用性、穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:According to the author's internship experience in the University Relations Group of Tencent Science and Technology Co., Ltd., the basic information management of colleges and universities, the management of stakeholder relations, the content management of cooperation between school and enterprise PR, Project management is an important requirement for the company to cooperate with colleges and universities / scientific research institutions to promote information science and technology innovation, train the top talents of the Internet, and create a healthy ecological environment for the Internet industry. We can design a management system that can serve the university relationship team, internal and external partners of the company, and focus on supporting the work of CMSM, CRM, process management of cooperative projects between universities and enterprises, and so on. At the same time, based on the WeChat public platform and enterprise number platform, it provides a convenient office entrance for the university cooperation team, and can easily carry out contact inquiries and project tracking. Firstly, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the requirements of the university cooperative relationship management system. According to the requirements, the system architecture, architecture and function structure are defined in the outline design phase. The system uses a simple and efficient Ruby on Rails framework in the detailed design and implementation phase, and improves the user experience through the front end technology, such as Bootstrapper, Queryj, SASSS Coffee ScriptScriptSIM, etc. The cooperative relationship management system in colleges and universities mainly includes content management subsystem, customer relationship management subsystem, project process management subsystem, WeChat Official account and Enterprise number Application and system Management Module. The content management subsystem mainly supports the functions of publishing articles, publishing activities and statistics, customizing special pages, etc. The customer relationship management subsystem is responsible for maintaining units, departments, etc. The project process management subsystem is responsible for maintaining project basic information, stakeholder information, project milestones and task definitions and reminders. Activity application entry, enterprise number for internal users to provide customer information search, project tracking and other support; system management provides logging, user rights monitoring and other basic system support functions. Finally, through a series of functional tests, Performance testing, to determine that the system can manage the news and activities, customer relations, projects and tasks in the process of cooperation in colleges and universities, achieve the customer's use expectations, and when the number of concurrent visits to a certain order of magnitude, Ability to maintain high availability and stability.
