【摘要】:電子銀行是銀行業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營的重要組成部分,對樹立商業(yè)銀行企業(yè)形象,提高商業(yè)銀行核心競爭力發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)是銀行業(yè)的重要革命,是銀行柜臺業(yè)務(wù)的延伸和補充,是IT技術(shù)在商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的體現(xiàn),是商業(yè)銀行新的利潤增長點,當(dāng)今社會各家商業(yè)銀行的必爭之地。電子銀行競爭策略是商業(yè)銀行競爭戰(zhàn)略的重要環(huán)節(jié)。在電子信息浪潮下,電子銀行已經(jīng)成為商業(yè)銀行維護客戶關(guān)系,開拓新的客戶市場,提高市場占有率,實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的新戰(zhàn)場。電子銀行產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)逐漸成熟,既能整合銀行客戶資源,降低銀行的運營成本,又能擴大規(guī)模經(jīng)濟優(yōu)勢,提升銀行盈利水平。 本文以我國電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略為主線,分析我國大力發(fā)展電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)的現(xiàn)實意義和條件環(huán)境,,研究我國電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在問題,并通過對國外電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的比較分析,得出國外商業(yè)銀行電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的成功經(jīng)驗,以此作為我國電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的啟示。同時,本文通過研究東營銀行電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展,闡述了東營銀行電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的歷程、現(xiàn)狀和管理框架。進而運用SWOT分析法、比較法、統(tǒng)計法等分析方法對其電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)競爭力進行了較為全面的分析。通過整理資料和統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)對其發(fā)展中所面臨的競爭優(yōu)勢、競爭劣勢、市場機會和外部威脅進行了系統(tǒng)的闡述,并結(jié)合所作分析提出了相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對策略。
[Abstract]:Electronic banking is an important part of banking business and plays a more and more important role in establishing the corporate image of commercial banks and improving the core competitiveness of commercial banks. Electronic banking is an important revolution in banking. It is the extension and supplement of bank counter business, the embodiment of IT technology in the development of commercial bank business, and the new profit growth point of commercial bank. The competition strategy of electronic bank is an important link in the competition strategy of commercial bank. Under the tide of electronic information, electronic bank has become a commercial bank to maintain customer relations, open up a new customer market. Electronic banking products and services have matured gradually, which can not only integrate bank customer resources, reduce bank operating costs, but also expand the advantage of scale economy and improve bank profitability. Taking the development strategy of electronic banking in China as the main line, this paper analyzes the realistic significance and the condition environment of the development of electronic banking in China, and studies the present situation and existing problems of the development of electronic banking in China. Through the comparative analysis of the current situation of the development of foreign electronic banking business, the successful experience of the foreign commercial bank electronic banking business development is obtained, which is taken as the inspiration of the development of our country's electronic banking business. At the same time, By studying the development of electronic banking business in Dongying Bank, this paper expounds the course, present situation and management framework of electronic banking business in Dongying Bank, and then applies SWOT analysis method and comparative method. This paper analyzes the competitiveness of electronic banking by statistical method and other analytical methods. Through sorting out the data and statistics, the paper analyzes the competitive advantages and disadvantages faced by the electronic banking industry in the course of its development. Market opportunities and external threats are systematically expounded, and corresponding countermeasures are put forward in combination with the analysis.
