SJ建筑公司競爭力提升策略研究

【摘要】:SJ建筑公司是世界500強(qiáng)企業(yè)——中國建筑界的重要成員之一。通過公司全體員工共同不懈的努力,目前公司已擁有三個壹級總承包資質(zhì)和五個專業(yè)分包壹級資質(zhì)。其業(yè)務(wù)遍布全國20多個省,并在印度、也門、科威特等國家和地區(qū)承擔(dān)工程建設(shè)、總包管理等業(yè)務(wù)。經(jīng)過半個世紀(jì)的發(fā)展,SJ建筑公司從小到大,從弱到強(qiáng),取得了可喜的業(yè)績。然而,在當(dāng)前日趨激烈的建筑行業(yè)競爭中,‘SJ建筑公司依然面臨著建筑行業(yè)競爭環(huán)境變化所帶來的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。那么,在這樣一個利潤低、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高的市場競爭中,SJ建筑公司憑借什么力量與同行競爭并在建筑市場占領(lǐng)一席之地?其競爭力何在?如何進(jìn)一步提升SJ建筑公司的競爭力水平?這些對于SJ公司的可持續(xù)發(fā)展都是迫切需要解決的問題,也是本研究擬解決的核心問題;诖搜芯勘尘,本研究在競爭力理論指導(dǎo)下對SJ建筑公司的競爭力進(jìn)行識別,對當(dāng)前SJ建筑公司競爭力進(jìn)行綜合評價(jià);并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出提升該公司競爭力水平的策略。 本文的主要研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)第1章緒論,主要闡述了本文的選題背景、研究目的、研究內(nèi)容、研究方法與研究思路等;(2)第2章為企業(yè)競爭力研究綜述,在回顧國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對企業(yè)競爭力的相關(guān)理論,尤其是建筑企業(yè)競爭力評價(jià)體現(xiàn)和提升策略等進(jìn)行了分析研究;(3)第3章為SJ建筑公司競爭力評價(jià),從六大維度對SJ建筑公司競爭力進(jìn)行評價(jià)分析,并基于評價(jià)結(jié)果總結(jié)出該公司的競爭優(yōu)勢和劣勢;(4)第4章為SJ建筑公司競爭力提升對策,提出了有效提升SJ建筑公司競爭力的五大策略;(5)第5章為結(jié)論部分,總結(jié)了本文的結(jié)論,提出了本研究的局限及需要進(jìn)一步研究的問題。 本文的研究結(jié)論是構(gòu)建了SJ建筑公司競爭力評價(jià)體系,從市場開拓能力、財(cái)務(wù)能力、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力、生產(chǎn)管理能力、人員開發(fā)能力和顧客滿意度六個維度來評價(jià)公司競爭力水平。同時提出從五個方面來提升SJ建筑公司競爭力,分別是:在把握競爭態(tài)勢基礎(chǔ)上明確企業(yè)競爭戰(zhàn)略、加強(qiáng)成本控制以增強(qiáng)企業(yè)資本運(yùn)營力,注重科技創(chuàng)新來培育公司競爭力、實(shí)施人才戰(zhàn)略培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)建筑人才、培育客戶關(guān)系的能力。 本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)首先是識別出SJ建筑公司的競爭力水平,提出從六個維度(市場開拓能力、財(cái)務(wù)能力、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力、生產(chǎn)管理能力、人員開發(fā)能力和顧客滿意度)來識別、評價(jià)公司競爭力水平。其次是提出從五個方面來提升SJ建筑公司競爭力,分別是明確企業(yè)競爭戰(zhàn)略;加強(qiáng)企業(yè)成本控制;注重企業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新;實(shí)施企業(yè)人才戰(zhàn)略;構(gòu)建客企業(yè)戶關(guān)系能力。 本文的研究結(jié)論對SJ建筑公司如何提升競爭力提供了具體思路,也對建筑行業(yè)的相關(guān)企業(yè)具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:SJ Construction Company is one of the most important members of China Construction Industry, one of the top 500 enterprises in the world. At present, the company has three level 1 general contracting qualifications and five professional subcontracting level 1 qualifications. Its business covers more than 20 provinces in the country, and it undertakes project construction in India, Yemen, Kuwait and other countries and regions. After half a century of development, SJ construction company from small to large, from weak to strong, has achieved gratifying results. In the current increasingly fierce competition in the construction industry, SJ Construction Company is still facing the opportunities and challenges brought about by the changing competitive environment in the construction industry. In the high risk market competition, what strength does SJ Construction Company rely on to compete with its peers and occupy a place in the construction market? Where is its competitiveness? How to further enhance the competitiveness of SJ Construction Company? These are urgent problems to be solved for the sustainable development of SJ Company, and are also the core problems to be solved in this study. Based on the research background, this study identifies the competitiveness of SJ Construction Company under the guidance of competitiveness theory. On the basis of comprehensive evaluation of the competitiveness of SJ construction company, the paper puts forward the strategies to improve the competitiveness of SJ construction company. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: chapter 1: introduction, which mainly describes the background, purpose, research content, research methods and research ideas of this paper. Chapter 2 is a summary of the research on the competitiveness of enterprises. On the basis of reviewing the relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper makes an analysis and research on the relevant theories of enterprise competitiveness, especially the evaluation and promotion strategy of the competitiveness of construction enterprises. Chapter 3 is the evaluation of the competitiveness of SJ construction company. This paper analyzes the competitiveness of SJ Construction Company from six dimensions, and summarizes the competitive advantages and disadvantages of SJ Construction Company based on the evaluation results. Chapter 4 is the countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of SJ Construction Company. Chapter 5 is the conclusion part, summarizes the conclusion of this paper, and puts forward the limitations of this study and the problems that need to be further studied. The conclusion of this paper is that the evaluation system of SJ construction company's competitiveness is constructed, which includes market developing ability, financial ability, technology innovation ability, production management ability, etc. Staff development ability and customer satisfaction are six dimensions to evaluate the competitive level of the company. At the same time, five aspects are put forward to enhance the competitiveness of SJ construction company, which are: on the basis of grasping the competitive situation, defining the competitive strategy of the enterprise. Strengthen the cost control to strengthen the capital operation ability of the enterprise, pay attention to the scientific and technological innovation to cultivate the competitiveness of the company, carry out the talent strategy to train the high-quality construction talents, cultivate the ability of the customer relations. The innovation of this paper is to identify the level of competitiveness of SJ Construction Company, and to identify it from six dimensions (market development ability, financial ability, technological innovation ability, production management ability, personnel development ability and customer satisfaction degree). Secondly, it proposes to improve the competitiveness of SJ construction company from five aspects, namely, clear enterprise competitive strategy, strengthen enterprise cost control, pay attention to enterprise science and technology innovation, implement enterprise talent strategy; Build customer relationship ability of guest enterprises. The conclusion of this paper provides a concrete idea for SJ Construction Company how to enhance its competitiveness, and also has reference significance for related enterprises in the construction industry.
