【摘要】:本文針對我國集裝箱企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,結(jié)合我國現(xiàn)階段對戰(zhàn)略管理研究成果,對集裝箱制造企業(yè)在戰(zhàn)略管理制定、實施、評價與控制等過程中需要注意的問題進(jìn)行了深入分析和總結(jié),提出了集裝箱制造企業(yè)在制定和實施戰(zhàn)略管理中不僅要考慮宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境,更重要的是要考慮企業(yè)自身的特點和擁有的資源。企業(yè)只有制定符合自己的競爭戰(zhàn)略才能在市場競爭中發(fā)展、壯大。這不僅具有重要的理論價值,更對我國致力于在激烈的市場競爭環(huán)境中獲得競爭優(yōu)勢的制造企業(yè)具有現(xiàn)實的借鑒和指導(dǎo)意義。 本文以TLC集裝箱有限公司為案例,以戰(zhàn)略管理為研究領(lǐng)域。運用文獻(xiàn)資料法、實踐調(diào)研法、歸納總結(jié)法和市場營銷分析法,闡述了戰(zhàn)略管理、核心競爭力和競爭戰(zhàn)略等理論和概念,提出了集裝箱制造企業(yè)在制定和實施戰(zhàn)略管理中所需要的理論依據(jù)。本文重點闡述了戰(zhàn)略管理的相關(guān)理論,分析了影響競爭戰(zhàn)略制定、實施的相關(guān)因素。采用SWOT矩陣分析法分析了TLC內(nèi)外部的優(yōu)劣勢,外部環(huán)境帶來的威脅和機(jī)會,據(jù)此為TLC集裝箱有限公司制定了差異化的競爭戰(zhàn)略,即從產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、與客戶的關(guān)系,公司內(nèi)部及同行之間的關(guān)系等方面差異化的戰(zhàn)略。本文還設(shè)計了TLC集裝箱有限公司在差異化戰(zhàn)略實施過程中的保障措施,即企業(yè)組織保障系統(tǒng)、人力資源、財務(wù)管理、市場開拓、生產(chǎn)運營等保障系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:In view of the present situation and existing problems of the strategic management of container enterprises in our country, combined with the research results of strategic management in our country at the present stage, this paper formulates and implements the strategic management of container manufacturing enterprises. This paper analyzes and summarizes the problems needing attention in the process of evaluation and control, and points out that not only the macroeconomic environment should be considered in the formulation and implementation of strategic management in container manufacturing enterprises, The more important thing is to consider the characteristics of the enterprise and the resources it has. Only when the enterprise makes its own competitive strategy can it develop and grow in the market competition. This is not only of great theoretical value, It has practical reference and guiding significance for our manufacturing enterprises which are committed to gain competitive advantage in the fierce market competition environment. This paper takes TLC Container Co., Ltd as a case, takes strategic management as the research field, uses the method of literature, practice and investigation, induces and summarizes the method and the marketing analysis method, and expounds the strategic management. The theories and concepts of core competence and competitive strategy are put forward, and the theoretical basis for the formulation and implementation of strategic management for container manufacturing enterprises is put forward. This paper focuses on the relevant theories of strategic management, and analyzes the influence on the formulation of competitive strategy. SWOT matrix analysis method is used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of TLC, the threats and opportunities brought by the external environment, and the differentiated competitive strategy for TLC Container Co., Ltd., which is based on the product structure. This paper also designs the safeguard measures of TLC Container Co., Ltd in the process of implementation of differentiation strategy, namely, enterprise organization security system, human resources, human resources, etc. Financial management, market development, production and operation and other security systems.
