包商銀行個人理財業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及對策研究

【摘要】:如何使居民的資產(chǎn)得到保值和增值,跑贏CPI,成為各家商業(yè)銀行亟待解決的重要課題。在經(jīng)歷了股市蕭條,金價下跌,樓市受政策調(diào)控等投資渠道受限的打擊下,人們對投資理財?shù)男枨蠓矫嬉踩遮吚硇曰kS著我國金融管制全面放開,我國本土商業(yè)銀行面臨著來自外資銀行的強有力競爭。同時由于我國利率市場化改革的穩(wěn)步實行,各家商業(yè)銀行在傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)上的發(fā)展空間受到嚴重限制,存貸利差逐步縮小,利潤率持續(xù)降低,再加上經(jīng)濟增速下滑,導(dǎo)致不良資產(chǎn)增加,使商業(yè)銀行在傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)方面的收益率持續(xù)降低、不良資產(chǎn)率居高不下。 在這種情況下,個人理財業(yè)務(wù)以其業(yè)務(wù)范圍廣、風(fēng)險小、迎合大眾投資心理、收益穩(wěn)定、能解決資金來源問題等特點,成為商業(yè)銀行競相發(fā)展的重點業(yè)務(wù)。在這種危機與生機、機遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存的現(xiàn)實環(huán)境中,本文將包商銀行個人理財業(yè)務(wù)存在的問題及其根源所在進行深入剖析,并結(jié)合國內(nèi)外知名學(xué)者的先進管理理論根據(jù)當(dāng)前商業(yè)銀行的實際情況提出具有現(xiàn)實意義的可操作性的建議,對進一步完善包商銀行財富管理業(yè)務(wù)的管理規(guī)范,樹立品牌形象,提高商業(yè)銀行的核心競爭力,促使個人理財業(yè)務(wù)合規(guī)化、持續(xù)化、高速化發(fā)展具有現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:How to keep and increase the value of residents' assets and win over CPI has become an important issue to be solved by commercial banks. After the stock market depression, the fall of gold prices, and the restrictions on investment channels such as policy control, the real estate market has been hit by restrictions on investment channels. The demand for investment and financial management is becoming more and more rational. With the overall liberalization of financial regulation in China, local commercial banks in China are facing strong competition from foreign banks. At the same time, with the steady implementation of market-oriented interest rate reform in China, The development space of commercial banks in the traditional business has been severely restricted, the spread between deposit and loan interest rates has gradually narrowed, the profit margin has continued to decline, and the economic growth rate has declined, which has led to an increase in non-performing assets. Commercial banks in the traditional business returns continue to reduce, the rate of non-performing assets remains high. Under such circumstances, personal finance business is characterized by its wide scope of business, small risk, catering to the public's investment psychology, stable income, and the ability to solve the problem of the source of funds, etc. In this kind of crisis and vitality, opportunity and challenge co-exist, this paper deeply analyzes the problems and root causes of the personal finance business of the contractor bank. Combined with the advanced management theory of well-known scholars at home and abroad, according to the actual situation of commercial banks, the paper puts forward practical and operable suggestions to further improve the management norms of the wealth management business of the contractors' banks, and to establish the brand image. It is of practical significance to improve the core competitiveness of commercial banks and promote the compliance, sustainability and high-speed development of personal finance business.
