【摘要】:在工程建設過程中,工程設計處在首要地位,設計方案的科學合理是建設目標實現(xiàn)的必要條件。工程設計企業(yè)的業(yè)務通常以項目的形式開展,項目實施過程中的客戶關系管理是項目成功的重要條件。現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理理念已經從以產品為中心轉移到以客戶為中心,企業(yè)越來越清晰的認識到加強客戶關系管理、與客戶建立良好、長期、穩(wěn)定的合作關系對企業(yè)的發(fā)展尤為重要。本文針對某工程設計企業(yè)的管理現(xiàn)狀與業(yè)務特點,針對“項目型”客戶關系管理,采用軟件工程相關的理論和方法,開發(fā)適用于該工程設計企業(yè)的客戶關系管理系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)采用ASP.NET技術實現(xiàn),后臺編碼采用C#語言,數(shù)據(jù)采用SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫存儲。為了提高系統(tǒng)響應速度并且能夠提供良好的用戶體驗,減少用戶切換操作界面和等待系統(tǒng)響應的時間,在系統(tǒng)的請求和響應機制中采用了Ajax技術。在數(shù)據(jù)庫設計與操作方面進行了優(yōu)化,提高了數(shù)據(jù)庫層面的執(zhí)行速度,提高系統(tǒng)運行的性能。具體工作如下:1了解客戶關系管理理論及實踐的發(fā)展情況,并對客戶關系管理系統(tǒng)的理論基礎、開發(fā)方法、實現(xiàn)技術等知識進行研究,學習與借鑒客戶關系管理系統(tǒng)在其他企業(yè)應用的成功經驗。2.對工程設計企業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、存在問題進行調研和總結,分析“項目型”客戶關系管理的特點,并提出相應的解決方案;3.使用UML工具對系統(tǒng)進行可行性分析、需求分析,梳理系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務需求和功能需求。4.對系統(tǒng)進行概要設計和詳細設計,包括功能設計、數(shù)據(jù)庫設計、技術方案設計、系統(tǒng)架構設計等。5.采用ASP.NET技術對系統(tǒng)進行開發(fā)實現(xiàn),數(shù)據(jù)庫管理使用SQL Server2008 R2,系統(tǒng)業(yè)務邏輯使用C#語言實現(xiàn)。為了提高系統(tǒng)響應速度,降低網(wǎng)絡流量和服務器壓力,系統(tǒng)交互采用Ajax技術。6.對工程設計企業(yè)的客戶關系管理系統(tǒng)進行測試,驗證系統(tǒng)的功能與性能是否達到預期的目標。
[Abstract]:In the process of engineering construction, the engineering design is in the primary position, and the scientific and reasonable design scheme is the necessary condition for the realization of the construction goal. The business of the engineering design enterprise is usually carried out in the form of the project. Customer relationship management (CRM) in the process of project implementation is an important condition for the success of the project. The concept of modern enterprise management has been transferred from product-centered to customer-centered, and enterprises are becoming more and more aware of strengthening customer relationship management. Establishing a good, long-term and stable cooperative relationship with customers is particularly important for the development of enterprises. This paper aims at the management status and business characteristics of a certain engineering design enterprise, and aims at "project-based" customer relationship management. Based on the theory and method of software engineering, a customer relationship management system is developed for the engineering design enterprise. The system is realized by ASP.NET technology, and the background coding is implemented by C # language. The data is stored in SQL Server database. In order to improve the system response speed and provide a good user experience, the user can switch the operation interface and wait for the system response time. Ajax technology is adopted in the request and response mechanism of the system. The database design and operation are optimized, and the execution speed at the database level is improved. To improve the performance of the system. The specific work is as follows: 1 to understand the development of customer relationship management theory and practice, and to study the theoretical basis, development methods, realization technology and other knowledge of customer relationship management system. Study and draw lessons from the successful experience of customer relationship management system in other enterprises. 2. Investigate and summarize the current situation, existing problems of engineering design enterprises, and analyze the characteristics of "project type" customer relationship management. At the same time, the corresponding solution is put forward 3.Using UML tools to carry on feasibility analysis, requirement analysis, combing the business requirement and function requirement of the system .4.The summary design and detailed design of the system, including function design, database design, etc. Technical scheme design, system architecture design and so on. The system is developed and implemented by ASP.NET technology, SQL Server2008 R2 is used for database management, and C # language is used for system business logic. In order to improve the system response speed, To reduce network traffic and server pressure, the system interactively adopts Ajax technology. 6. Test the customer relationship management system of engineering design enterprise to verify whether the function and performance of the system reach the expected goal.
