HD物流公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的全面開放,世界市場(chǎng)的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)及網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟(jì)的全面興起給物流業(yè)帶來了新一輪的變革,物流市場(chǎng)開始向信息化、專業(yè)化、自動(dòng)化的方向發(fā)展。面對(duì)來自新進(jìn)入的國際物業(yè)企業(yè)、國內(nèi)原有的大型物業(yè)企業(yè)以及新興的中小型企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)威脅以及的復(fù)雜多變的市場(chǎng)發(fā)展,第三方物流企業(yè)要想健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,需要結(jié)合企業(yè)自身?xiàng)l件和所處的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境制定合理的企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。本文以HD物流公司為研究對(duì)象,首先是HD物流公司的戰(zhàn)略現(xiàn)狀分析。在對(duì)公司發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)原有的戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行研究,總結(jié)原有戰(zhàn)略的問題和成因。之后依據(jù)PEST和五力模型,對(duì)HD物流公司的宏觀發(fā)展環(huán)境和行業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境進(jìn)行闡述。在現(xiàn)狀和環(huán)境分析的基礎(chǔ)上,利用SWOT方法總結(jié)HD物流公司的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)以及面臨的機(jī)會(huì)和威脅。經(jīng)過這兩個(gè)部分的整理與總結(jié),得出HD物流公司戰(zhàn)略制定的可行性和重點(diǎn),即從原有的快速擴(kuò)張轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榉(wěn)定發(fā)展,在遵循原有戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上采用穩(wěn)定型戰(zhàn)略。包括極速供應(yīng)戰(zhàn)略、高效倉儲(chǔ)戰(zhàn)略、合作戰(zhàn)略、人才戰(zhàn)略與客戶關(guān)系戰(zhàn)略等,并針對(duì)戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施提供了保障措施。本文通過理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合的方式,從戰(zhàn)略選擇和戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整方面進(jìn)行研究,尋求企業(yè)在面對(duì)復(fù)雜多變的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境時(shí)能夠制定和實(shí)施正確合理的戰(zhàn)略決策的方法。
[Abstract]:With the overall opening of the economy, the fierce competition in the world market and the overall rise of the network economy have brought a new round of changes to the logistics industry, the logistics market began to information, specialization. Face from the newly entered international property enterprises, the original domestic large property enterprises as well as emerging small and medium-sized enterprises of the competitive threat and complex market development. If the third party logistics enterprises want to develop healthily and stably, they need to combine their own conditions and the economic environment to formulate a reasonable enterprise development strategy. This paper takes HD logistics company as the research object. On the basis of the analysis of the current situation of the company's development, this paper studies the original strategy, summarizes the problems and causes of the original strategy, and then according to the PEST and the five-force model. This paper expounds the macro development environment and industry development environment of HD logistics company. On the basis of current situation and environment analysis. SWOT method is used to summarize the advantages and disadvantages of HD logistics companies and the opportunities and threats they face. Through the collation and summary of these two parts, the feasibility and focus of the strategy formulation of HD logistics companies are obtained. That is, from the original rapid expansion to stable development, on the basis of following the original strategic objectives, the adoption of a stable strategy, including the extremely fast supply strategy, efficient storage strategy, cooperation strategy. Talent strategy and customer relationship strategy, and the implementation of the strategy to provide protection measures. This paper through the combination of theory and practice, from the strategic choice and strategic adjustment. In the face of complex and changeable market competition environment, enterprises can make and implement correct and reasonable strategic decisions.
