【摘要】：在日常業(yè)務(wù)中,公司業(yè)務(wù)以服務(wù)終端商戶為主,外勤人員現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工作占據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)流程環(huán)節(jié)的較大份額。隨著業(yè)務(wù)量不斷擴(kuò)張,加上支付行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)不斷加劇,傳統(tǒng)的作業(yè)模式無法適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)需求。因此,通過信息化手段,來優(yōu)化和改善現(xiàn)有業(yè)務(wù)流程,提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的需求較為迫切。論文首先針對(duì)現(xiàn)有業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)所存在的問題,決定采用SOA技術(shù)架構(gòu)對(duì)平臺(tái)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)基于SOA架構(gòu)的移動(dòng)工作管理平臺(tái),以達(dá)到信息共享,實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)、管理一體化的目的。隨后研究了SOA相關(guān)技術(shù)之后,對(duì)平臺(tái)的主要功能以及核心流程進(jìn)行分析,利用SOA的架構(gòu)思想對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)管理平臺(tái)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)。完成了平臺(tái)業(yè)務(wù)需求,實(shí)現(xiàn)了平臺(tái)及其相關(guān)系統(tǒng)之間的集成。移動(dòng)工作平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)合實(shí)際需求,提出了基于SOA的分層服務(wù)組合架構(gòu)。通過引入數(shù)據(jù)交換服務(wù)總線ESB,對(duì)服務(wù)間復(fù)雜的關(guān)系進(jìn)行管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)服務(wù)間的交互與組合；通過CDA文檔架構(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)了平臺(tái)間文檔的傳遞;通過Web服務(wù)技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了移動(dòng)工作平臺(tái)的接口和服務(wù)發(fā)布；利用XML Schema技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)交換。移動(dòng)工作平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)重點(diǎn)在于利用面向服務(wù)(SOA)架構(gòu)的優(yōu)勢(shì),低成本的實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的集成,通過Web服務(wù)與人力資源系統(tǒng)、客戶關(guān)系管理等業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)共享,充分利用移動(dòng)設(shè)備的LBS優(yōu)勢(shì),通過Web服務(wù)與工作流引擎與工單系統(tǒng)的智能交互來實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)流程簡(jiǎn)化,此項(xiàng)創(chuàng)新嘗試有助于提高現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù)的質(zhì)量及效率,實(shí)現(xiàn)專業(yè)化服務(wù)的集約化、精細(xì)化管理。
[Abstract]:In the daily business, the company's business is based on the service terminal business, field work occupies a large share of the business process. With the continuous expansion of business volume, coupled with the increasing competition in the payment industry. The traditional operation mode can not meet the needs of the market. Therefore, the existing business processes can be optimized and improved by means of information technology. The need to improve competitiveness is more urgent. Firstly, aiming at the problems of existing business system, this paper decides to design the platform with SOA technology architecture, and realize the mobile work management platform based on SOA architecture. In order to achieve the purpose of information sharing, business and management integration. After studying the related technologies of SOA, the main functions and core processes of the platform are analyzed. Design and implement the service management platform by using SOA architecture, complete the platform business requirements, realize the integration between the platform and its related systems. The design of the mobile work platform combined with the actual needs. A hierarchical service composition architecture based on SOA is proposed to manage the complex relationship between services by introducing data exchange service bus (ESBs) to realize the interaction and composition between services. Through the CDA document architecture, the transfer of documents between platforms is realized. The interface and service release of mobile work platform are realized through Web service technology. XML Schema technology is used to realize data exchange. The key point of mobile work platform design is to realize the integration of business system at low cost by utilizing the advantage of service-oriented SOA (Service-Oriented SOA) architecture. Through Web services, human resources systems, customer relationship management and other business systems to achieve data sharing, making full use of mobile devices LBS advantages. Through the intelligent interaction between Web service and workflow engine and worksheet system, the innovation will help to improve the quality and efficiency of field service and realize the intensive of specialized service. Meticulous management.
