【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展和人民生活水平的日益提高,醫(yī)藥保健品行業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中所占的比重也日益增加。本文以當(dāng)前的醫(yī)藥保健品行業(yè)的電子商務(wù)系統(tǒng)為基本框架,著重剖析了醫(yī)藥保健品行業(yè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要及工作過程,而且還考量了客戶關(guān)系管理的思想,建立了新的醫(yī)藥保健品行業(yè)的客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)。論文首先對課題的研究背景和意義進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹,并對本文所需要研究的內(nèi)容以及結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)說明,接著對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行需求分析、功能分析和可行性分析,并對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了整體架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)庫分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上完成構(gòu)成系統(tǒng)的不同模塊以及數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計(jì)和編碼工作。系統(tǒng)主要包括進(jìn)存銷管理功能、決策分析管理功能、專賣店管理功能和綜合管理功能。文章的最后從功能、性能和安全方面著手進(jìn)行測試,針對測試結(jié)果展開分析,論證了本研究所設(shè)計(jì)的系統(tǒng),能夠較好地發(fā)揮網(wǎng)絡(luò)和信息的作用,并能顯著提高醫(yī)藥保健品行業(yè)客戶關(guān)系管理效率。本課題通過開發(fā)實(shí)現(xiàn)醫(yī)藥保健品行業(yè)客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng),對醫(yī)藥保健品行業(yè)的客戶關(guān)系管理進(jìn)行了網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)化的管理,能夠通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái),及時(shí)提供全面而又準(zhǔn)確的客戶關(guān)系管理信息,為醫(yī)藥保健品行業(yè)管理者有關(guān)決策提供輔助支持,為行業(yè)開展客戶關(guān)系管理提供方便快捷的服務(wù),為今后開發(fā)功能更加強(qiáng)大的醫(yī)院保健品行業(yè)客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)提供了理論基礎(chǔ)和技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the increasing improvement of people's living standard. The proportion of medical and health products industry in the national economy is also increasing day by day. This paper takes the current electronic commerce system of the medical and health products industry as the basic framework. The practical needs and working process of the medical and health products industry are analyzed emphatically, and the thought of customer relationship management is also considered. A new customer relationship management system is established in this paper. Firstly, the research background and significance of the subject are introduced in detail, and the content and structure of this paper are emphasized. Then the system needs analysis, function analysis and feasibility analysis, and the overall architecture of the system design and database analysis. On this basis, the different modules of the system and the design and coding of the database are completed. The system mainly includes the management function of inventory and sale, the function of decision analysis and management. The last part of this paper is to test from the aspects of function, performance and safety, to analyze the test results, and to demonstrate the system designed by this research. Can play a better role in the network and information, and can significantly improve the efficiency of customer relationship management in the pharmaceutical and health products industry. The management of customer relationship management in the pharmaceutical and health products industry is based on the network platform, which can provide comprehensive and accurate customer relationship management information in time through the network platform. To provide support for the relevant decisions of medical and health products industry managers, and to provide convenient and rapid services for the industry to carry out customer relationship management. It provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the development of a more powerful hospital health care industry customer relationship management system in the future.
