【摘要】：隨著"廠網(wǎng)分開,競價(jià)上網(wǎng)"在我國電力市場的快速發(fā)展,五個(gè)大的發(fā)電集團(tuán)相繼成立,我國的電廠和電力集團(tuán)開始以獨(dú)立企業(yè)的身份走向市場,參與競爭。在保障安全、可靠地前提下,追求利潤是一個(gè)發(fā)電企業(yè)最大的目標(biāo)。另外,隨著新技術(shù)在發(fā)電行業(yè)的迅速應(yīng)用,比如信息化技術(shù)和現(xiàn)場控制總線技術(shù)等。近幾年,大家也清楚地認(rèn)識到電廠的運(yùn)營水平得到提升的關(guān)鍵因素是信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,據(jù)調(diào)查顯示,90%以上的企業(yè)認(rèn)為,要想提高電力行業(yè)的管理水平和服務(wù)水平,就必須將企業(yè)信息化,將企業(yè)的管理信息化,從而將企業(yè)與服務(wù)商及客戶的關(guān)系進(jìn)一步完善。與此同時(shí),管理領(lǐng)域也在逐漸引入信息化的技術(shù),隨即產(chǎn)生了一些有關(guān)管理的新理念,比如數(shù)字化管理思想,又進(jìn)一步發(fā)展了企業(yè)的信息化,使信息化在新運(yùn)營環(huán)境下對提高電廠的綜合競爭力起著關(guān)鍵性的作用,因此提高電廠綜合效益的一個(gè)重要手段便是建立信息化電廠。本文通過對新建電廠管理信息化問題進(jìn)行了研究,以實(shí)例為基礎(chǔ),分析問題,并提出解決問題的措施和啟示。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of power market in China, five large power generation groups have been set up one after another, and the power plants and power groups in our country have started to go to the market as independent enterprises. In addition, with the rapid application of new technology in the power generation industry. For example, information technology and field control bus technology. In recent years, we also clearly understand that the key factor to improve the operation level of power plants is the rapid development of information technology, according to the survey shows. More than 90% enterprises believe that in order to improve the management level and service level of the electric power industry, it is necessary to informationization the enterprise and the management of the enterprise. At the same time, the field of management is also gradually introducing information technology, and then some new management concepts, such as digital management ideas. Further developed the enterprise informatization, so that informatization in the new operating environment to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of power plants plays a key role. Therefore, an important means to improve the comprehensive efficiency of power plant is to establish an information power plant. This paper studies the management information problem of new power plant, and analyzes the problem based on an example. And put forward the solution to the problem and enlightenment.
