職業(yè)壓力對(duì)角色和角色外績效的影響:職業(yè)安全感在公共安全公務(wù)員中的中介作用

  本研究的目的是探究巴基斯坦阿扎德查謨和克什米爾(AJ&K)地區(qū)公共安全人員(即警察雇員)職業(yè)壓力對(duì)工作績效的影響,其中工作績效分為角色內(nèi)績效和角色外績效。此外,文章從理論上說明和檢驗(yàn)職業(yè)滿意度這種潛在的心理機(jī)制在職業(yè)壓力和工作績效中的角色。本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于通過職業(yè)滿意度機(jī)制研究職業(yè)壓力對(duì)警察雇員工作績效的影響。本文的探索性研究在查謨和克什米爾的三個(gè)城市進(jìn)行。通過問卷調(diào)查收集第一手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù),問卷包括28項(xiàng)封閉性問題,問卷測(cè)量采用先前研究中已經(jīng)建立的成熟量表。運(yùn)用SPSS進(jìn)行了描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)、相關(guān)分析和回歸分析。研究結(jié)果表明,查謨和克什米爾警察的職業(yè)壓力與職業(yè)滿意度、角色內(nèi)績效和角色外績效呈負(fù)相關(guān)。這項(xiàng)研究促使研究人員關(guān)注查謨和克什米爾地區(qū)警察的職業(yè)壓力。促使查謨和克什米爾警察高層管理人員思考警察工作壓力的問題以提高工作績效,包括角色內(nèi)績效和角色外績效。同時(shí),對(duì)于其他面臨類似問題國家的警察,這些研究結(jié)果也很重要。
