工會教育職能對企業(yè)績效影響的實證研究
[Abstract]:It is found that the level of human capital has become the key factor for the enterprise to win in the fierce competition, but from the current human resource management practice to provide training for employees, there are serious problems such as the loss of trained staff, etc. This makes it difficult for enterprises to provide training and how to train their employees, so they need an organization that can help them solve this problem. Over the past few years, the status of China's enterprise trade unions has been gradually upgraded, and has played an important role in improving the comprehensive quality of employees. The problems related to trade unions have returned to the perspective of scholars. This makes managers begin to attach importance to the function of trade union education. The research on the function of trade union education in foreign academic circles began from a long time ago, and there have been rich research results, while the domestic research in related fields started relatively late. However, it is generally believed that the function of trade union education plays a positive role in the development of enterprises and employees. The positive influence of trade union education function on enterprises is mainly through providing employees with activities different from human resource training. Different from human resources training, trade unions focus more on psychological and ideological training for employees in order to enhance their sense of identity and loyalty to the enterprise, thereby enhancing their commitment to the enterprise. Reduce the likelihood of them leaving the firm after training, thus having a positive impact on corporate performance. In the past, domestic scholars mostly focused on the role of trade union in employee training or the direct influence of trade union education function on enterprise performance, but little attention was paid to the intermediate mechanism and intensity difference between the two. Therefore, the paper first verifies the influence of trade union education function on enterprise performance in Chinese context, and the intermediary role of enterprise commitment in the process. On this basis, the size of enterprise is introduced as a regulating variable. The regression model is used to analyze the influence of trade union education function on enterprise performance in different scale enterprises. The results are as follows: (1) the positive impact of trade union education function on enterprise performance is verified, which is consistent with foreign studies; (2) the enterprise promises to play an intermediary role in the process of the influence of the trade union's educational function on the enterprise's performance, and the union's exerting its educational function can enhance the employee's identity to the enterprise and meet the needs of the employee's promotion of comprehensive quality. Furthermore, it will lead to the improvement of the commitment level of the employees. (3) the scale of the enterprise plays a regulating role in the process of the influence of the trade union education function on the enterprise performance, while the trade union education function of the large enterprise has a stronger influence on the enterprise performance, while the trade union education function of the small and medium-sized enterprise has a weaker influence on the enterprise performance. The conclusion shows that the function of trade union education has played an important role in enterprises and employees in China, and it is of great significance for managers to re-understand the trade union and its own construction. From a theoretical point of view, in the context of China, there are few related research results. By referring to the relevant research results of foreign countries, this study applies the existing mature theory to the research of Chinese enterprise trade unions, and tests its applicability. It provides a new angle to study the relationship between trade union education function and enterprise performance, and complements the relevant literature of Chinese enterprise trade union. From the point of view of practice, based on the conclusion of the research, the paper puts forward how to give full play to the function of trade union education in order to promote the development of enterprises in three aspects: trade union, enterprise and government, which has certain practical significance.
