高校中層管理者的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)效能的關(guān)系及其影響

【摘要】:通過對中國高校組織的中層管理者的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)效能性的關(guān)系及其影響的研究,可以發(fā)現(xiàn),從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為的三個維度來看,發(fā)展導(dǎo)向與員工導(dǎo)向?qū)T工滿意度有正向預(yù)測作用,而工作導(dǎo)向?qū)T工滿意度有負(fù)向預(yù)測作用。工作導(dǎo)向、發(fā)展導(dǎo)向和員工導(dǎo)向三維度對領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的工作績效和創(chuàng)新能力有顯著的影響。而且,發(fā)展導(dǎo)向與員工導(dǎo)向高的中層管理者是一種關(guān)系取向的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為,這樣的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為有助于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)效能的改善。
[Abstract]:Through the study of the relationship between leadership behavior and leadership effectiveness of middle managers in Chinese universities and colleges, we can find that, from the three dimensions of leadership behavior, Development orientation and employee orientation have positive predictive effect on employee satisfaction, while job orientation has negative predictive effect on employee satisfaction. Job-oriented, development-oriented and employee-oriented three-dimensional degrees have a significant impact on the leadership's job performance and innovation ability. Furthermore, the middle managers with high development orientation and employee orientation are a kind of relationship oriented leadership behavior, such leadership behavior is helpful to improve leadership effectiveness.
