T公司研發(fā)人員激勵(lì)制度完善研究
[Abstract]:T company is a state-owned large and medium-sized enterprise, its R & D personnel mainly undertake product R & D work for the enterprise. To ensure the variety of products to meet the growing market demand, and to bring out new products to meet the needs of the market, and to ensure the stability of product quality. However, like most state-owned enterprises in China, it has not yet formed a reasonable and effective incentive system to adapt to the development of market economy, which to a great extent affects the reform and development of enterprises. Therefore, to establish a fair and reasonable human resource incentive system suitable for the development of enterprises, fully tap the potential of R & D personnel, improve the performance of R & D personnel, Making human resources really become a powerful driving force to promote the development of state-owned enterprises has become a top priority for the development of R & D personnel in T Company. As a state-owned enterprise, It faces the market competition environment and its own incentive current situation to the incentive system improvement put forward the urgent request. This paper introduces the characteristics of R & D personnel in T Company, analyzes and discusses the nature of R & D personnel and R & D activities based on the theory of team motivation at home and abroad, compiles a questionnaire to find out the needs of R & D personnel in T Company. And look for the root cause and cause of the actual problem. Finally, the result of the questionnaire. The demand of R & D personnel in T Company is mainly reflected in performance appraisal, salary management, training, promotion management and so on. According to the needs of R & D personnel and the characteristics of R & D personnel in T Company, this paper analyzes and perfects the performance evaluation system of human resources, mainly from several aspects, including perfecting the performance appraisal system, perfecting the salary incentive system, training and management innovation. Establish a career path for R & D personnel. Four major aspects of the analysis, and put forward perfect suggestions and suggestions.
