摘要
本文討論的范圍為城市型五星級(jí)酒店設(shè)計(jì)的問題,特別關(guān)注從酒店管理的角度進(jìn)行酒店功能的
組織和設(shè)計(jì)
在發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家中,每當(dāng)啟動(dòng)一個(gè)新的酒店項(xiàng)目,業(yè)主、投資人、管理公司、設(shè)計(jì)單位等相關(guān)的機(jī)
構(gòu),全部是一起介入的。經(jīng)實(shí)踐證明,這樣的介入方式對(duì)于酒店經(jīng)營(yíng)與建設(shè)來說是十分重要的,也
是最理想的。它的好處體現(xiàn)在:在業(yè)主、投資人方面來說,能夠避免因?yàn)橹貜?fù)施工而帶來的不小的
經(jīng)濟(jì)損失;對(duì)于酒店的管理公司而言,則是強(qiáng)化了品牌效益,以便于日后對(duì)所經(jīng)營(yíng)的酒店能夠有效
的管理和運(yùn)營(yíng);對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)單位而言,則是避免了不必要的盲目設(shè)計(jì),而是將更多的精力投入到酒店品
位的打造與酒店個(gè)性的塑造上
而反觀國(guó)內(nèi)的設(shè)計(jì)師,常常是將酒店看作是一種類型,將主要的精力放在建筑造型、酒店形象
和豪華室內(nèi)裝修上而忽略消費(fèi)者的差異和對(duì)不同的酒店管理體系的理解和研究。不同的酒店企業(yè)集
團(tuán),尤其是品牌酒店,都有著自己與眾不同的企業(yè)文化與企業(yè)內(nèi)涵,有的體現(xiàn)在外觀形象上,有的
體現(xiàn)在對(duì)客人的周到服務(wù)上,還有的則貫穿于酒店集團(tuán)整體的管理和運(yùn)作上。對(duì)于品牌酒店的認(rèn)識(shí)
和研究,可以幫助我們深入和全面的理解酒店設(shè)計(jì)的本質(zhì)特征和不同酒店管理集團(tuán)的需求,從而使
得酒店設(shè)計(jì)不僅僅停留在外觀而是更為深入的體現(xiàn)酒店在使用和運(yùn)營(yíng)上的意義

設(shè)計(jì)資料集(1994年出;以及《中華人民共和,家旅游涉外飯店星級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》。!著生活茂量的提
高和酒店建筑的快速發(fā)展,相關(guān)的設(shè)it規(guī)范明顯趕不上酒店發(fā)展的速度。不能夠適應(yīng)52代酒店設(shè)i十

THESIS: Urban Five-Star Hotel Design From The Perspective
OfThe Brand Hotel

ABSTRACT
This paper discusses the scope for city type five-star hotel design problem , with special attention to the
organization and function from the perspective of hotel management.
The hotel building is a complex functional building types, when a new hotel project start in the hotel
industry in developed countries, related agencies, including the owners, investors, management companies,
design institutes, etc., are to enter at the same time. Practice has proved such way is very important for the
hotel construction and operation and also is the most ideal. Its benefits as follows: owners and investors
avoid duplication of construction and the economic losses; management companies is to strengthen the brand,
to facilitate the fliture management and operation; design units, is to reduce the blind design, so as to have
more energy on grade and personality of the hotel building.
While domestic designers are often see hotel as a type, they focus their attention on building modelling,
hotel image and luxurious upholstery and ignore the consumer, and the difference of the hotel management
system of different understanding and research. To understanding of brand hotels can help us understanding
its depth and comprehensive nature of the hotel design characteristics and the needs of hotel management
group, which makes the hotel design to stay not only in appearance but more in-depth reflect the significance
of the hotel on the use and operation of.
Design standards referenced in hotel architectural design are Hotel Building Design Specifications
JGJ62-90, the Second Version Of The Architectural Design (data set 1994), and the People's Republic of
China Home Star Standard Tourist Hotel. With the rapid development of improved quality of life and the
hotel building, the design specification is obviously not keep up with the speed of the hotel development .
The first two Standards because of its publication year earlier, in which the functional requirements of the
hotel is equipped with relatively outdated and can not adapt to the needs of a variety of new modern hotel in
the design process; national tourist hotel star standard is an important reference for one of the China
National Tourism Administration hotel parallel, published in 2003, but the hotel's design is often reflected in
the availability of the content scores did not need the corresponding type of hotel design requirements clear
combination and evaluation. However, the number of internationally renowned hotel management company,
based on their own over the years accumulated experience m hotel management, developed their own set of
design guidelines It is a sunimar) of the pioblcms encounteieci \n the course of business and the successful

experience of drawn conclusions, starting from the operator's point of view on behalf of the advanced
management concept. Higher guiding significance and reference value for the hotel design process in the new
version of the dataset prior to publication.
In the world Hotels Group, Marriott Group is one of the strong group of brand competitiveness in today's
global hotel, their hotels provide meticulous service and a comprehensive and thoughtful details, rational use
of every an architectural space rather than to luxury, efficient and compact is the most significant features
of the Marriott hotel design standards, it is suitable for the status of China's hotel development. Therefore,
Marriott group management model has very important research value and the reference value .Although local
designers' access to fewer opportunities for such brand of hotel design, but to learn from Marriott
management model design will improve the awareness and understanding of the designer on other
investments of hotel design.

1.1酒店概況
酒店類建筑是起源相對(duì)較早的建筑類型,早在古羅馬時(shí)期就出現(xiàn)了類似現(xiàn)在酒店的公共
建筑,這個(gè)階段的酒店設(shè)施十分簡(jiǎn)陋,主要是為客人提供食宿。它的公共部分僅是為服務(wù)
于住宿部分而存在,所有共活動(dòng)混雜在一個(gè)大廳當(dāng)中。中國(guó)也早在春秋時(shí)期,也出現(xiàn)了稱為
逆旅的建筑類型,目的是為往來旅人提供住宿服務(wù)。隨著時(shí)代的進(jìn)步與生產(chǎn)力的發(fā)展,酒
店建筑的規(guī)模一再擴(kuò)大并根據(jù)對(duì)象不同進(jìn)行了分類

酒店類建筑的建設(shè)在中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)和旅游業(yè)蓬勃的發(fā)展的雙重推動(dòng)下,正迎來了
高速發(fā)展的時(shí)代。北京奧運(yùn)、上海世博會(huì)、廣州亞運(yùn)等成功的舉辦,也為酒店建筑的發(fā)展提
供了機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。隨著現(xiàn)代人生活方式的提高,滿足客人出行的住宿需求已不在試酒店建筑
的全部功能,餐飲功能、康體功能以及會(huì)議等功能正逐步成為高星級(jí)酒店所需配置的基本功
能空間,從而更好的來為入住客人提供完善、舒適的出行服務(wù)。因此酒店作為一類功能性極
強(qiáng)的建筑類型,復(fù)雜的功能設(shè)施和客人、服務(wù)人員以及貨運(yùn)流線成為了設(shè)計(jì)的難點(diǎn),如何更
