【摘要】：政府決策作為公共管理活動(dòng)的核心環(huán)節(jié),它的正確與否在很大程度上決定著公共管理的成敗。大數(shù)據(jù)是現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)不斷發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要產(chǎn)物,在社會(huì)管理、產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)、國(guó)家治理等方面產(chǎn)生巨大的作用。在新時(shí)代背景下,如何借助大數(shù)據(jù)不斷規(guī)范政府決策過(guò)程是當(dāng)前一項(xiàng)具有深遠(yuǎn)意義的研究課題。本文以政府如何利用大數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)公共決策為出發(fā)點(diǎn),分析當(dāng)前政府決策中存在的問(wèn)題,指出大數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)于政府決策科學(xué)化的支撐作用,探討政府如何構(gòu)建和應(yīng)用公共決策的大數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)平臺(tái),為進(jìn)一步提高我國(guó)政府決策機(jī)制效果、整合政府決策資源提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:As the core link of public management activities, government decision-making determines the success or failure of public management to a great extent. Big data is an important product of the continuous development of modern science and technology, which plays an important role in social management, industrial upgrading and national governance. Under the background of the new era, how to regulate the process of government decision-making with the aid of big data is a research subject of far-reaching significance at present. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the current government decision making, this paper points out the supporting role of big data in the scientific government decision based on how the government uses big data to serve the public decision-making. This paper probes into how the government constructs and applies big data's service platform for public decision making in order to further improve the effect of government decision-making mechanism and to integrate government decision-making resources.
