高校公共管理類專業(yè)電子政務課程教學改革探討

【摘要】:電子政務實踐的快速發(fā)展對本領域的理論研究和人才培養(yǎng)提出了要求,高校電子政務課程應運而生。電子政務課程具有學科交叉性,不同的專業(yè)在開設本課程時應體現出各自的學科特色。公共管理類專業(yè)開設電子政務的主要目的不是傳授"技術",而是讓學生認識電子政務建設過程、樹立電子政務應用意識、分析電子政務深層問題、探究電子政務發(fā)展規(guī)律。實踐教學、案例教學和雙語教學的應用有助于本課程教學目標的實現和教學效果的提升。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of the practice of e-government requires the theoretical research and personnel training in this field, and the course of e-government emerges as the times require. E-government courses are interdisciplinary, and different specialties should have their own disciplinary characteristics when offering this course. The main purpose of setting up E-government in the specialty of public administration is not to impart "technology", but to let students know the process of E-government construction, set up the consciousness of E-government application, analyze the deep problems of E-government, and probe into the law of e-government development. The application of practical teaching, case teaching and bilingual teaching is helpful to the realization of teaching goal and the improvement of teaching effect.
