女性領導成長的阻礙因素及對策研究

【摘要】:摘要:從古至今,女性一直被人們冠以“弱者”之名而受到輕視甚至歧視,隨著人類文明的發(fā)展,女性的重要性逐漸被社會所認識,從而產生了“女性也是半邊天”、“男女平等”等觀念。在我國,,直至中國共產黨成立以后,相繼頒布了一系列保障男女平等的法律法規(guī),才使女性真正獲得了走向社會的機會。繼而女性逐漸活躍在政壇、商界,并不斷涌現出一些成就卓越的女性領導。尤其是女性行政領導更為政壇這個獨特的領域增添了一絲新氣象,她們以獨特的優(yōu)勢和潛能發(fā)揮著別樣的管理、決策等才能,逐漸表現出對國家和社會發(fā)展以及公共管理活動的重要作用。 然而,由于女性對政治的參與并不是從來就有的,與男性相比,女性大多處于從屬地位,被置于政治權力及地位的邊緣。這就使女性領導在其成長過程中不得不面臨一系列的阻礙因素。這些因素使女性領導對國家和社會的作用得不到充分的發(fā)揮。這不僅是女性領導職業(yè)發(fā)展的缺憾,也是我國政治文明發(fā)展的損失。因此,探究女性領導成長過程中的阻礙因素,并對癥下藥,找出解決這些問題的對策,為女性領導提供一個良好的發(fā)展空間是我們的當務之急。本文正是在前人研究的基礎之上,進一步挖掘了影響女性領導成長的主客觀因素,并進行分析,最終得出解決阻礙女性領導成長的主客觀因素的對策,為女性領導的順利成長清除路障。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: since ancient times, women have been belittled and even discriminated against by people in the name of "the weak". With the development of human civilization, the importance of women has gradually been recognized by the society, thus producing "women are half the sky". Concepts such as "equality between men and women" In China, after the founding of the Communist Party of China, a series of laws and regulations to guarantee equality between men and women were promulgated one after another. Women gradually became active in politics, business, and some outstanding female leaders emerged. In particular, women administrative leaders have added a new look in this unique field of politics. With their unique advantages and potentials, they are exerting their unique abilities in management, decision-making, and so on. Gradually showing an important role in national and social development and public management activities. However, since women's participation in politics is not always there, compared with men, women are mostly subordinate and placed on the edge of political power and status. This makes female leaders have to face a series of obstacles in their growth. These factors make the role of female leaders to the state and society not fully play. This is not only the defect of female leadership career development, but also the loss of our political civilization development. Therefore, it is urgent for us to explore the obstacles in the process of female leaders' growth, to find out the countermeasures to solve these problems and to provide a good development space for female leaders. On the basis of previous studies, this paper further excavates the subjective and objective factors that affect the growth of female leaders, and analyzes them, and finally comes to the countermeasures to solve the subjective and objective factors that hinder the growth of female leaders. Clear the roadblocks for the smooth growth of female leaders.
