哈爾濱市青年自組織發(fā)展問題研究

【摘要】:隨著我國改革開放步伐的不斷邁進,社會各領域紛紛加快了轉型的步伐與此相伴生的,現(xiàn)有的社會組織在結構上也產(chǎn)生了巨大的變化但是由于我國在社會領域的變革起步較晚,使得非政府組織,得到了快速壯大的空間同時,在高速互聯(lián)的新信息時代,廣大青年在工作學習交流交友和娛樂互動方面的要求產(chǎn)生了翻天覆地的變化,使得原有的青年組織與廣大青年的多樣需求不斷脫節(jié)因此,大量的青年自組織在青年群體和非政府的組織之間相互融合的過程中走上時代舞臺哈爾濱市以其在經(jīng)貿科技教育方面的資源優(yōu)勢,吸引大量青年前來溝通交流,使得為數(shù)眾多的青年自組織應運而生一方面,,青年自組織為解決當代青年不同品類的現(xiàn)實需求做出了突出貢獻,但同時,也因為針對青年自組織的研究較少沒有相應制度約束等原因,使其陷入了政府社會和群團組織管理的真空地帶因此,在深入研究哈爾濱青年自組織發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎上,如何切實提高對青年自組織的管理水平,是迫切需要研究的現(xiàn)實問題 本文立足于近年來哈爾濱市各類青年自組織的發(fā)展演進情況,并綜合提煉國外和國內各關聯(lián)研究領域的理論成果,提出了我市的青年自組織在缺乏組織約束力缺少資金保障對組織領袖的依賴性過強缺少官方組織扶持缺乏組織目標和長遠規(guī)劃等方面的突出問題,并運用公共管理相關理論進行了原因分析,并以國外自組織發(fā)展的先進經(jīng)驗為藍本,通過類比提出了優(yōu)化組織內外部生存環(huán)境強化青年自組織管理和校正青年自組織的發(fā)展導向三個方面的建議 青年自組織作為新的青年發(fā)展聚集形式,成為社會各界的聚焦點本文希望以哈爾濱市為例,綜合分析其在發(fā)展過程中的突出問題和主要原因,找到可行性的對策建議,為青年自組織這一新生事物發(fā)展做出應有貢獻
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of reform and opening up in our country, various fields of society have accelerated the pace of transformation and accompanied by it. The existing social organizations have also produced tremendous changes in the structure. However, the transformation in the social field has started relatively late in our country. So that non-governmental organizations have a rapidly expanding space, and at the same time, in the new information age of high-speed interconnection, the demands of the vast number of young people in the field of work, learning, communication, friendship, and entertainment interaction have changed dramatically. So that the original youth organizations are constantly disconnected from the diverse needs of the vast majority of young people. In the process of integration between youth groups and non-governmental organizations, a large number of youth self-organizations have stepped onto the stage of the times, Harbin City has attracted a large number of young people to come to communicate and exchange with each other with its advantages in economic, trade, science, technology and education. So that a large number of youth self-organization emerged as the times require, on the one hand, youth self-organization has made outstanding contributions to solve the needs of different categories of contemporary youth, but at the same time, Also because there are few researches on youth self-organization without corresponding institutional constraints and so on, it has fallen into a vacuum zone of government society and group organization management. Therefore, on the basis of in-depth study on the present situation of youth self-organization development in Harbin, How to improve the management level of youth self-organization is an urgent problem to be studied in this paper based on the development and evolution of various types of youth self-organization in Harbin in recent years. And synthetically refine the theoretical achievements of foreign and domestic related research fields, This paper puts forward the outstanding problems of the youth self-organization in our city in the lack of organization binding force, lack of fund guarantee, too strong dependence on organization leader, lack of official organization support, lack of organization goal and long-term planning, etc. Using the relevant theories of public management to analyze the reasons, and taking the advanced experience of foreign self-organization development as the model, By analogy, the paper puts forward three suggestions on how to optimize the internal and external living environment of the organization, strengthen the management of youth self-organization and correct the development orientation of youth self-organization as a new form of youth development agglomeration. This article hopes to take Harbin as an example, comprehensively analyze its outstanding problems and main reasons in the process of development, find feasible countermeasures and suggestions, and make due contribution to the development of youth self-organization as a new thing.
