【摘要】：由于當(dāng)前的現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展模式存在諸多弊端,以生態(tài)文明建設(shè)為主線的現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)將成為農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)和歸宿,對(duì)廣大山區(qū)來(lái)說(shuō),農(nóng)業(yè)的這種生態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)型更加急迫。較之平原和丘陵地區(qū),山區(qū)面臨著機(jī)械化難度大、水土矛盾等不利條件的挑戰(zhàn),但也擁有農(nóng)業(yè)物種資源豐富、區(qū)域生態(tài)質(zhì)量相對(duì)較好等優(yōu)勢(shì)條件,據(jù)此,山區(qū)應(yīng)當(dāng)把生態(tài)文明建設(shè)和發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)結(jié)合起來(lái),互為依托,因地制宜,合理利用特色資源,科學(xué)調(diào)整農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)布局,按照生態(tài)縣、小流域、生態(tài)農(nóng)戶3個(gè)基本層次制定規(guī)劃,落實(shí)農(nóng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目和公共管理資源,走生態(tài)型的現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)之路。
[Abstract]:As the current modern agricultural development model has many drawbacks, the modern agriculture, which takes the construction of ecological civilization as the main line, will become the trend and destination of the agricultural development. For the vast mountainous area, the ecological transformation of agriculture is more urgent. Compared with the plain and hilly areas, the mountainous areas are faced with the difficulties of mechanization and the adverse conditions of soil and water contradictions. But it also has the advantages of rich agricultural species resources and relatively good regional ecological quality. According to this, mountain areas should combine ecological civilization with modern agriculture, rely on each other, adapt to local conditions, rationally utilize characteristic resources, adjust agricultural industrial layout scientifically, and according to the 3 basic layers of Ecological County, small watershed and ecological farmer. Second, formulate plans, implement agricultural projects and public management resources, and take the path of ecological modern agriculture.
