【摘要】：非營利組織（NPO）又稱非政府組織、第三部門、獨(dú)立部門和志愿者組織等，它作為一種組織類型，在世界范圍內(nèi)開始受到越來越多的關(guān)注。在我國，，非營利組織發(fā)展的時(shí)間雖然不長(zhǎng)，但發(fā)展迅速，隨著我國宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的不斷提高也越來越多地參與到整個(gè)社會(huì)的公共選擇和社會(huì)治理中來。 近些年來，國內(nèi)外許多學(xué)者都對(duì)非營利組織這一議題進(jìn)行了大量的研究，得到了許多寶貴的學(xué)術(shù)成果。不過大部分的研究主要都是從公共管理或者社會(huì)學(xué)的角度出發(fā)，以經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)為出發(fā)點(diǎn)來探討非營利組織發(fā)展的還比較少。本文試圖通過經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的視角來觀察非營利組織發(fā)展的問題，通過經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的方法對(duì)非營利組織的發(fā)展進(jìn)行分析。文章關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)主要在于通過經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的理論來解釋非營利組織存在和發(fā)展的原因及必要性，并從實(shí)證的角度來探討非營利組織對(duì)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響。中國非營利組織目前面臨的種種困境和政府支持和促進(jìn)非營利組織發(fā)展的政策建議也是本文重點(diǎn)討論的內(nèi)容，希望通過這兩方面內(nèi)容的探討，能夠?yàn)榉菭I利組織的健康蓬勃發(fā)展提供一定的幫助。 非營利組織的出現(xiàn)和發(fā)展是整個(gè)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展到一定階段的必然產(chǎn)物，它在整個(gè)社會(huì)生活中起到了不可替代的作用。盡管目前我國非營利組織的發(fā)展水平相對(duì)來說還比較落后，但隨著社會(huì)的不斷進(jìn)步，非營利組織對(duì)整個(gè)社會(huì)的和諧發(fā)展一定可以發(fā)揮出更大的力量。
[Abstract]:NPO (non-profit organization) is also called NGO, third sector, independent department and volunteer organization. As a kind of organization, NPO has been paid more and more attention in the world.In China, although the development of non-profit organizations is not long, but the rapid development, along with the continuous improvement of the macroeconomic level of our country, more and more participate in the public choice and social governance of the whole society.In recent years, many scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on the issue of non-profit organizations, and got many valuable academic results.However, most of the studies are mainly from the perspective of public administration or sociology, and the development of non-profit organizations is less explored with economics as the starting point.This paper attempts to observe the development of non-profit organizations from the perspective of economics and analyze the development of non-profit organizations through the method of economics.The main focus of this paper is to explain the reasons and necessity of the existence and development of non-profit organizations through the theory of economics, and to explore the impact of non-profit organizations on social economy from the perspective of empirical analysis.The difficulties faced by China's non-profit organizations and the policy suggestions of the government to support and promote the development of non-profit organizations are also the contents of this paper. I hope to discuss these two aspects.It can provide some help for the healthy and vigorous development of non-profit organizations.The emergence and development of non-profit organizations is the inevitable outcome of the whole social and economic development to a certain stage, it plays an irreplaceable role in the whole social life.Although the development level of non-profit organizations in China is relatively backward, with the continuous progress of society, non-profit organizations will certainly play a greater role in the harmonious development of the whole society.
