【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為我們提供了前所未有的便利,但同時也帶來一些新情況、新問題、新矛盾。網(wǎng)絡(luò)的互動性和自由性,使得網(wǎng)民能夠主動提供傳播信息,但高技術(shù)帶來的"自由"對社會既定的法律法規(guī)、道德規(guī)范也帶來了極大沖擊,導(dǎo)致社會公共管理弱化,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)領(lǐng)域的群體性事件發(fā)展迅猛,影響范圍加大。本文通過研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件的誘因、發(fā)展路徑,并以某高校撞車門事件為具體案例,運用理性科學的分析方法,從輿論監(jiān)督的角度探索適合基于目前網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件的預(yù)防對策,為網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件的處置提出輿論監(jiān)督的新思路。
[Abstract]:The Internet has provided us with unprecedented convenience, but at the same time it has also brought some new situations, new problems, new contradictions. The interactivity and freedom of the network enable netizens to actively provide and disseminate information. However, the "freedom" brought by high technology has had a great impact on the established laws and regulations and moral standards of society, which has led to the weakening of social public administration and the rapid development of mass events in the field of the Internet. By studying the inducement and development path of network mass events, and taking the crash of a certain university as a concrete case, this paper applies rational and scientific analysis method. From the angle of public opinion supervision, this paper explores the prevention countermeasures based on the current network group events, and puts forward a new way of public opinion supervision for the disposal of network group incidents.
