【摘要】：正政府在保障和改善民生過(guò)程中的角色和作用是當(dāng)今學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。2012年11月24日,由浙江省社會(huì)科學(xué)聯(lián)合會(huì)、浙江工商大學(xué)主辦,浙江工商大學(xué)公共管理學(xué)院承辦的浙江社會(huì)科學(xué)首屆學(xué)術(shù)年會(huì)"權(quán)利與責(zé)任:民生保障的理論及實(shí)踐"學(xué)術(shù)專(zhuān)場(chǎng)在浙江工商大學(xué)召開(kāi)。來(lái)自政府機(jī)構(gòu)的代表、論文作者、省內(nèi)外學(xué)者、高校師生代表等150余人參會(huì),會(huì)議收到應(yīng)征論文150余篇。東北大學(xué)婁成武教授、中國(guó)人民大學(xué)毛壽龍教授分別做了"民
[Abstract]:The role and role of the government in the process of safeguarding and improving people's livelihood is the focus of academic attention today. On November 24, 2012, sponsored by Zhejiang Federation of Social Sciences, Zhejiang Industrial and Commercial University, The first Annual Conference of Zhejiang Social Sciences, "Rights and responsibilities: theory and practice of people's livelihood", sponsored by the School of Public Administration of Zhejiang Industrial and Commercial University, was held in Zhejiang Industrial and Commercial University.
