【摘要】：公共精神是衡量一個國家現(xiàn)代化、公民素質(zhì)的重要指標(biāo),大學(xué)生是國家和民族未來的希望,提高大學(xué)生公共精神具有重要的意義。在當(dāng)代歷史條件下,大學(xué)生公共精神培育面臨著新的社會環(huán)境,隨著信息技術(shù)、移動通信技術(shù)的不斷進步和發(fā)展,自媒體以它獨特的傳播特點和傳播形式迅速融入公眾日常生活,引起了高校大學(xué)生公共精神培育的傳播環(huán)境、培育方式、培育內(nèi)容的變化,這對進一步提高大學(xué)生公共精神提出了新的要求。文章首先闡述了自媒體和公共精神的內(nèi)涵、特點以及大學(xué)生公共精神的內(nèi)涵、大學(xué)生公共精神培育的目標(biāo)和內(nèi)容;其次,闡述自媒體在大學(xué)生公共精神培育中不僅有滲透性、便捷性、隱匿性、動態(tài)性的時代特點而且為豐富大學(xué)生公共精神培育的信息資源,實現(xiàn)其載體創(chuàng)新,開辟其新環(huán)境,提高其傳播教育時效性起到了推動作用;再次闡述自媒體不僅給大學(xué)生公共精神培育帶來平臺優(yōu)勢、不斷擴大公共領(lǐng)域和活動范圍提供實踐空間,為大學(xué)生公共精神培育帶來了機遇,但同時由于自媒體核裂變化、去中心化、碎片化、多元化等傳播特點給大學(xué)生公共精神培育帶來了嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn),培育的主導(dǎo)地位被削弱,實效性受到?jīng)_擊,傳統(tǒng)形式被改變,大學(xué)生面臨選擇困難等,還存在培育主體不明、效果不佳、學(xué)生積極性不高等問題,針對出現(xiàn)的問題,分析其根源主要是由于不良的社會環(huán)境影響、高校教育合力較弱、大學(xué)生自身因素等導(dǎo)致。最后基于以上分析,文章著重從國家層面構(gòu)建自媒體融入公共管理機制、從社會層面引導(dǎo)自媒體在大學(xué)生公共精神培育的價值、從學(xué)校層面加強自媒體在大學(xué)生公共精神培育中的運用和管理、從個人層面發(fā)揮大學(xué)生在公共精神培育中的主體作用,從國家、社會、學(xué)校、大學(xué)生四個層面著手,提出自媒體時代大學(xué)生公共精神培育的思路與對策,提高自媒體時代大學(xué)生公共精神培育的實效性,使大學(xué)生公共精神培育與時俱進。
[Abstract]:Public spirit is an important index to measure the modernization of a country and the quality of its citizens. College students are the hope of the future of the country and the nation. It is of great significance to improve the public spirit of college students. The cultivation of college students' public spirit is facing a new social environment. With the continuous progress and development of information technology and mobile communication technology, the self-media, with its unique characteristics and forms of communication, is rapidly integrated into the daily life of the public. It has caused the change of the communication environment, the cultivation way and the cultivation content of the college students' public spirit cultivation, which has put forward the new request to further improve the university student's public spirit. First, the article elaborated the connotation of the self-media and the public spirit. The characteristics and the connotation of college students' public spirit, the goal and content of college students' public spirit cultivation. Secondly, the author expounds that the self-media has not only permeability, convenience and concealment in the cultivation of college students' public spirit. The dynamic characteristics of the times have promoted the enrichment of the information resources of college students' public spirit cultivation, the realization of their carrier innovation, the opening up of their new environment and the improvement of the timeliness of their communication and education. Thirdly, it is expounded that the self-media not only brings the platform superiority to the cultivation of the public spirit of college students, but also provides the practice space for the cultivation of the public spirit by expanding the public domain and the scope of activities, but at the same time, because of the fission of the self-media, The characteristics of decentralization, fragmentation and diversification have brought severe challenges to the cultivation of the public spirit of college students. The leading position of cultivation has been weakened, the effectiveness of cultivation has been impacted, the traditional forms have been changed, and college students are facing difficulties in choosing, etc. There are still some problems, such as unclear cultivation subject, poor effect, low enthusiasm of students and so on. In view of the problems, the root causes are mainly due to the bad social environment, and the resultant force of higher education is weak. Finally, based on the above analysis, the article focuses on constructing the mechanism of self-media integration into public management from the national level, and guiding the value of self-media in the cultivation of college students' public spirit from the social level. From the school level to strengthen the use and management of self-media in the cultivation of the public spirit of college students, from the individual level to give play to the main role of college students in the cultivation of public spirit, from the national, social, school, college students four levels, This paper puts forward the ideas and countermeasures for the cultivation of the public spirit of college students in the era of self-media, so as to improve the effectiveness of the cultivation of the public spirit of the students in the era of self-media, so that the cultivation of the public spirit of the
