【摘要】：隨著城市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展和人民生活水平的不斷提升,市民對公共空間的需求日益明顯,但由于城市建設(shè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展及土地資源緊缺,可用于公共空間建設(shè)的用地越來越匱乏,同時(shí)在大規(guī)模的開發(fā)建設(shè)中,也出現(xiàn)了一些被荒廢或尺寸過小的"灰色"空間。在此背景下,如何進(jìn)一步發(fā)掘公共空間資源,提高土地使用效率成為規(guī)劃部門關(guān)注的一項(xiàng)熱點(diǎn)。文章結(jié)合武漢市微型公共空間規(guī)劃工作實(shí)踐,系統(tǒng)地對微型公共空間的概念、問題、評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等進(jìn)行研究,并從完善布局、彰顯特色與對接管理等角度對微型公共空間的規(guī)劃管控進(jìn)行了探索。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urban economy and society and the continuous improvement of people's living standard, people's demand for public space is becoming more and more obvious. However, due to the transformation of urban construction and development and the shortage of land resources, The land that can be used for the construction of public space is becoming more and more scarce. At the same time, in the large-scale development and construction, there are also some "grey" spaces which are abandoned or too small in size. Under this background, how to further explore the public space resources, To improve the efficiency of land use has become a hot spot of the planning department. This paper systematically studies the concept, problems and evaluation criteria of the micro-public space in Wuhan, and from the perspective of perfecting the layout, the paper makes a systematic study on the concept, problems and evaluation criteria of the micro-public space. This paper explores the planning and management of micro public space from the perspective of distinctive features and docking management.
