【摘要】：20世紀(jì)80年代以來(lái)，中國(guó)的飛速發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為世界性課題,吸引著世界各國(guó)各種科學(xué)理論的關(guān)注。由于中國(guó)的發(fā)展是在對(duì)內(nèi)“改革”和對(duì)外“開放”的內(nèi)外部條件變遷的情況下進(jìn)行的，所以中國(guó)的發(fā)展具有明顯的“轉(zhuǎn)型”特點(diǎn)。在中國(guó)改革開放經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型的過(guò)程中，文化產(chǎn)業(yè)異軍突起，其重要的優(yōu)勢(shì)地位越來(lái)越明顯。同時(shí)世界各國(guó)都漸漸意識(shí)到文化產(chǎn)業(yè)在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的重要地位，都著力于提升文化產(chǎn)業(yè)來(lái)振興本國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)，有的喊出了“文化興邦”的口號(hào)。 本人作為一位從事文化產(chǎn)業(yè)推廣多年的文化工作者，在學(xué)習(xí)公共管理的一系列專業(yè)課程的過(guò)程中，想結(jié)合本專業(yè)的理論知識(shí)，對(duì)當(dāng)前文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的國(guó)際形勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析，從政府對(duì)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的管理角度出發(fā)，，借鑒世界各國(guó)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家文化產(chǎn)業(yè)高速發(fā)展的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，再結(jié)合中國(guó)的實(shí)際國(guó)情，以上海地方政府為例作探討研究，針對(duì)政府如何更好地推動(dòng)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展這一課題進(jìn)行分析.本論文的第一章主要點(diǎn)出了本文研究的背景及意義，通過(guò)相關(guān)資料的收集，對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了研究與評(píng)述，通過(guò)對(duì)相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了界定，提出了研究的思路與方法，點(diǎn)出了本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)；第二章分析研究了當(dāng)前上海地區(qū)的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展情況其中包括發(fā)展過(guò)程以及政府監(jiān)管情況；第三章提出了目前上海地文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展針對(duì)政府管理中碰到的一些問題；第四章通過(guò)對(duì)比研究法，對(duì)國(guó)外各文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家作對(duì)比，借鑒國(guó)外的成功發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行分析研究；最后一章主要針對(duì)當(dāng)前上海地區(qū)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展政府管理中碰到的問題，提出解決方法以及相應(yīng)的建議。
[Abstract]:Since 1980s, the rapid development of China has become a worldwide issue. It has attracted the attention of various scientific theories all over the world. Since China's development is carried out under the circumstances of internal "reform" and "opening up" to the outside world, the internal and external conditions are changing. Therefore, the development of China has obvious characteristics of "transformation". In the process of economic transformation of China's reform and opening up, the cultural industry has suddenly emerged. At the same time, all countries in the world are gradually aware of the important position of cultural industry in the national economy, and are focusing on promoting cultural industry to revitalize their economy. Some have chanted the slogan "Culture and rejuvenation." As a cultural worker engaged in the promotion of cultural industry for many years, in the course of studying a series of professional courses in public administration, I would like to combine the theoretical knowledge of this major. This paper analyzes the current international situation of the cultural industry, from the perspective of the government's management of the cultural industry, draws lessons from the advanced experience of the rapid development of the cultural industry in developed countries in the world, and then combines the actual conditions of China. Taking the local government in Shanghai as an example, this paper analyzes how the government can better promote the development of cultural industry. The first chapter of this paper mainly points out the background and significance of this study. Through the collection of relevant data, the current situation of relevant research at home and abroad has been studied and commented, and through the definition of related concepts, the ideas and methods of research have been put forward, and the innovation of this paper has been pointed out. The second chapter analyzes the current development of cultural industry in Shanghai, including the development process and government supervision; The third chapter puts forward some problems in the development of cultural industry in Shanghai. Chapter 4th through the comparative research method, the foreign cultural industry developed countries to make a comparison, draw lessons from the successful development experience of foreign countries to analyze and research; The last chapter mainly aims at the problems encountered in the government management of the cultural industry development in Shanghai, and puts forward the solutions and corresponding suggestions.
