【摘要】：正研究方向高等教育學(xué)答辯時(shí)間2011年5月以提高高等學(xué)校財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效為出發(fā)點(diǎn)和回歸點(diǎn),審視、反思和優(yōu)化高等學(xué)校的內(nèi)部管理,克服學(xué)校管理制度的缺失或者低效,促進(jìn)高等學(xué)校管理制度的創(chuàng)新,是一個(gè)全新的視角。作為理論基礎(chǔ),新公共管理理論的核心價(jià)值訴求——追求卓越績(jī)效為研究提供了重要支撐。
[Abstract]:In May 2011, to improve the financial performance of colleges and universities as the starting point and return point, to examine, reflect and optimize the internal management of colleges and universities. It is a new perspective to overcome the deficiency or inefficiency of the school management system and to promote the innovation of the management system in colleges and universities. The core value of the new public management theory-the pursuit of outstanding performance provides an important support for the study.
